The apartment is situated on the elevated ground floor (three steps above ground level). In the room where the kitchen and dining area are located, there is a sofa bed, while one bedroom features a standard-sized double bed and the other a slightly smaller double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, stove, large fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The renovated bathroom has a shower cabin with glass partition, and guests have access to a hairdryer.
The apartment is air-conditioned, with one unit in the room containing the kitchen, dining area, and sofa bed, and the other in the bedroom with the standard-sized double bed. Additionally, the apartment offers internet, TV, and a mosquito net.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
