Sai Luxury Maison Maisonette is a modern accommodation in a quiet part of Toroni, perfect for those seeking comfort and proximity to the beach. With its contemporary interior, it offers guests a pleasant and relaxing stay. Toroni boasts one of the longest and most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, with fine golden sand and crystal-clear waters, ideal for all-day enjoyment. Evenings are especially magical with stunning sunsets, while you can take a leisurely walk along the shore, using the sidewalk or the paved path by the sea. Sai Luxury Maison Maisonette provides everything needed for a carefree and luxurious vacation by the sea.
The apartments are maisonettes on two levels and are intended to accommodate seven or eight adults. On the first level, which is at ground-floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second level, which is on the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one or two persons.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby crib is available for guests.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests WiFi internet, a TV with Netflix in the living room and one of the bedrooms, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Guests have a designated parking space within the accommodation’s courtyard.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. Linen and towel replacement is not provided. Additionally, an optional cleaning service is available for an extra charge.
Sai Luxury Maison Maisonette is located 20 km from the popular resort of Neos Marmaras, 24 km from Sikija, and 30 km from Sarti. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki’s Makedonia Airport, 128 km away.

I do not recommend the accommodation. I experienced it as a major scam. I was not accommodated in the house from the link, but in the house shown on the same link in the sequence of photos, presented as the same house or a house of the same quality, but it is far from that. The bathrooms are in very poor condition, with uncontrolled ventilation and broken tiles. The beds are uncomfortable. The walls are damaged in several places. The air conditioner is only in two rooms. The house was found in a very poor hygienic condition and, after protests, brought into a relatively decent hygienic condition. The kitchen is full of ants living in the moldings, and it is impossible to get rid of them. At the outdoor shower, sewage water is leaking, and so is the air conditioner from the building that leans against the yard. The contract you enter into when making a reservation through nikanom.gr is such that you have no rights. At the same time, they are aware of this, and you do not receive any help from them in a polite way. I do not recommend this accommodation, and my experience with Nikana is such that I truly do not recommend it. We will definitely never vacation through Nikana again, and we will make an effort to share our experience with as many people as possible.

The location is wonderful, the yard is phenomenal, and the house is decent and well maintained. Considering the large number of mosquitoes in Toronto, having screens on the windows and doors was very helpful. We had all the necessary household cleaning products available for day-to-day upkeep of the accommodation. The internet in the house was excellent. As for cleanliness, there were plenty of stains on the pillows and urine stains on the mattresses. In the kitchen, we had a lot of ants during the first three days of our stay that we couldn’t fully get rid of. There was also a lack of cookware: we only had two cups and one saucepan, which wasn’t enough for preparing meals. The grill had no wire/grate, and the outdoor tap was turned off. The person who let us into the place and handed over the keys wasn’t very responsive when it came to communication. Still, despite all the shortcomings mentioned above, the overall experience was more positive than negative.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged.
