Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Holihome A Toroni Green Studio is located in Toroni, on the western coast of Sithonia, just 350 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on the peninsula. The beach is covered in fine golden sand, and the sea is crystal clear. This accommodation is the perfect choice for those who wish to enjoy a peaceful environment and be close to all the necessary amenities for a vacation.
Studio is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate three adults. Within the kitchen area, there is a double bed and a single bed.
The air-conditioned studio features a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with two burners, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
From the veranda, which is furnished with a seating set, guests can enjoy a view of the courtyard. In the beautifully landscaped courtyard, guests also have access to a barbecue.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Free parking can be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where the accommodation is located.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. Bed linen and towels are not provided for replacement. Additionally, an optional cleaning service is available for an additional fee.
