Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
George House is located just a few steps away from Tripotamos Beach, 2.5 kilometers from the famous Lagomandra Beach, and 7 kilometers from Neos Marmaras. It can accommodate up to 7 guests and offers comfortable accommodation with all necessary amenities.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, as well as a double bed located in the open gallery.
