Our description

Zisios Studios is a completely renovated accommodation, with a beautiful courtyard full of greenery and shade, located on a main road in Vourvourou. Accommodation can be a good choice for those who want a peaceful holiday, and they have a plan to visit beautiful beaches in Sithonia.

Accommodation is at 500m from the beach if you use the dirt road, and 1,5km if you use the asphalt road. It is about 700m from the first market, and about 2km from the first tavern.

There are a total of eight accommodation units. Four three-bed studios, two on the first floor, one on the second floor and one on the ground floor. Three-bed studios have one double bed and one single bed. Three four-bed studios (3 + 1), two on the second floor, one on the first. The studios have one double bed and a folding sofa bed. One four-bed studio on the ground floor has one double bed and a bunk bed.

The rooms are medium in size with a fully equipped kitchen, some of the accommodations units have a small fridge and some big one with a freezer compartment. All units have a hot plate with a small oven. The bathrooms have either glass and curtains or just a curtain. From the balcony there is a beautiful sea view and view on Mount Athos. The internet is stable, and it is also available in the rooms. The studios are air-conditioned, have internet, TV and mosquito nets.

The yard is adapted to children with plenty of toys, as well as for adults who can enjoy in the shade, grilling and socializing. There is also a covered parking.

Bed linen and towels are being changed every three days.

The owners are very kind and unobtrusive, available for all questions, or assistance regarding visiting Sithonia and recommendations.

You will reach the accommodation by driving on the main road. When you pass the first entrance to Vourvourou after the supermarket, you will drive the main road for another 700m and you will reach the accommodation on the left.

If you’re looking for a quality accommodation with a decent price for a holiday with your family, Zisios Studios can be a good choice. This accommodation is perfect as a base for visiting Sithonia, because it’s at a minute or two from some of the most beautiful beaches such as Karidi, Fava and Lagonisi.

Owners description

On the 50th kilometer of provincial road of N. Moudania – Sarti, between the olive trees and the sea of Vourvourou, are located the rented Studios Zisios.

Eight triple and quadruple studios provide individual kitchen, air condition (A/C), TV, bathroom and verandas with panoramic view of the sea.

In the exterior space there is a big courtyard with grass, covered parking, children’s play area and BBQ.

Zisios Studios offers quality accommodation and great service. The friendly atmosphere will make you immediately feel welcome. Therefore, we invite you to enjoy next to us your most splendid vacations.

All rooms are renovated. House is about 500 meters from the beach, but in order to reach it, you should use the main road. In this case, beach will be 1,5km far.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

    Postovani da li je u cetvorokrevetnim apartmanima moguce smestiti dvoje odraslih i dvoje odrasle dece. Potrebno nam je tri takva apartmana uperiodu od 10.7. do20.7. i koja bi cena bila? Unapred hvala.

    Ima li slobodnog mesta od 01.07.2019 - 11.07.2019 za dve četvoročlane porodice i koja je cena. Imamo i kućnog ljubimca vidim da je dozvoljeno.
