Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The accommodation offers beautifully decorated and spacious apartments, modernly equipped and comfortable for longer stays. The proximity to the beach allows guests to enjoy the sea every day without the need for transportation, while the peaceful surroundings contribute to a complete sense of tranquility and rest. The property is pleasantly secluded—just enough to escape everyday noise and stress—perfect for true lovers of nature and peace. Vourvourou is not a typical Greek coastal village; it has no promenade or crowds, which makes it special and ideal for those seeking a calm and restful atmosphere. Nearby is the famous Karidi Beach, known for its turquoise, crystal-clear water, and nature lovers can also enjoy Mount Itamos, which rises above the area and offers excellent hiking trails.
Filippos Golden Resort is located about 150 m from the beach and about 650 m from the nearest supermarket and tavern.
It consists of two four-bed apartments on the lower ground floor, each with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area. In the same yard, there is also a small house for two adults and one child up to 12 years old, featuring one double bed in the bedroom and one single bed in the kitchen area.
If needed, the owner can provide a baby cot. Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are changed after three nights.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen — with two hotplates and a small oven in the triple units or four hotplates and a large oven in the four-bed apartments — as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In the courtyard, there is private parking, a covered seating area with a table and chairs, and a small playground for children.
The owners also run a boat rental agency that organizes excursions by boat to Ammouliani, Mount Athos, and around Sithonia. For more information, you can contact the owners directly on-site.

Zdravo, da li imate slobodan smestaj u terminu 31.avgust na 10.septembar za dvoje odraslih i dve bebe od godinu dana i 8 meseci (pozeljno je da imamo dve odvojene sobe). Interesuje nas i cena za 10 nocenja.
