**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.

Description

At the beach, on the quiet location in Vourvourou, there is a tucked accommodation called Marianthi Studios 2. It is ideal choice for all those who cares about the distance from the beach and for the youngest ones there is a fenced yard, full of greenery.

The beach is right in front of accommodation, while the market is around 700m far and the closest restaurant is around 1,5km far.

In the offer are two apartments (30m2) in the ground floor house, one next to each other. In the bedroom is a double bed, while in the living room is a kitchen with one single sofa and one single bed from which one can be pulled out a drawer bed. Kitchen is equipped with necessary dished, small oven with hot plates and large refrigerator with freezer. In the bathroom there is a shower tray with a curtain. Balcony has a tabe with chairs and it overlooks the sea.

Apartments are air-conditioned, they have internet, TV and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three days, while the guests take care of hygiene during their stay. Pets are welcome upon agreement with the owner.

Inside the fenced yard there is a lot of green, while on the beach are available sunbeds and parasols. Private parking is provided.

Accommodation is right beside a beach bar, and the racket from the restaurant can spoil your stay, especially if you come with small children. The bathroom window cannot be opened, as it faces the kitchen where meals for the restaurant are prepared, and all the aromas from the kitchen drift into your lodging. The bathroom is very poorly fitted and is always damp after a shower, because the shower cabin is badly installed, and everything is quite old. You must park your car in the beach parking lot (50 meters from the lodging) since access to the lodging is only possible by driving over the beach, which disturbs those on it. We were there in the second half of September, and every day the wind blew, making swimming uncomfortable. There are many bees on the beach, and you must be careful not to trample one. The internet worked quite poorly and, in the last two days, not at all, because the wind blew extremely hard, the power was weak, and it always looked as if a fuse would blow. We couldn't switch on the TV because there was no cable outlet, and after three requests to fix it, no one came to fix it. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, and you only get toilet paper in the lodging. The impression from the photos and description led us to expect a better accommodation; we will not be returning.

Good hosts. The surroundings and landscape were like something out of a fairy tale. The only small remark we had was that the restaurant's meals were prepared behind our apartment, and the aromas crept into the house.

Regarding the accommodation, it features a classic Greek style (without any luxury), yet it is sufficiently comfortable for two adults and three children, situated in an extraordinary location, right by the beach and a bar offering a variety of delicious food. The apartment's terrace is spacious, and in front of it is a courtyard where children can play. I should mention that with the apartment reservation, you also receive a set of very comfortable sun loungers with thick mattresses in the front row by the sea. As for the beach and the sea, the beach is sandy and perfect for small children; the sea is warm, calm, shallow, and without waves. In terms of markets, there is one at the very entrance to Vurvuru (1 km) from the apartment, and several markets in the village center, about 2 to 3 km away from the apartment. There are also restaurants and souvenir shops, etc. If anyone wishes to visit the famous Karidi beach, it is about a ten-minute leisurely drive through the village from the apartment. Regarding the owner of the apartment, she is unobtrusive, very pleasant, and helpful, and she speaks Serbian excellently. As for us, there were two adults and one child aged 5.5 years, and we found it perfect and beautiful. We will definitely return again next year.

The advantage of this apartment is its proximity to the beach, along with complimentary sun loungers. However, a drawback is that the space feels somewhat dim, and the bathroom is rather cramped.

An excellent accommodation for families with small children, the beach is nearby, and the kids can sleep in the lodging while enjoying a view of the beach and sea from the terrace, as if you were right on the shore. For those in need of a break from the fast pace of life at home, this is the perfect place.

The hosts were wonderful. The beach is the most beautiful one possible, and the accommodation is as described; I recommend it for a maximum of 4 people. There were 5 of us (3 children), so it felt a bit cramped.

Marijana is an exceptional hostess and our dear friend, considering that we have vacationed with our family at her place for over seven consecutive years, and we will certainly vacation there again, just so the children can discover even more beautiful places in Greece. This accommodation is perfect for those who wish to step directly from their room onto the beach, without the distractions of noisy outings and similar matters. To our great sorrow, we stayed for a very short time, but I warmly recommend the accommodation. It is located in a beautiful spot and everything is in order. An excellent location right on the beach, away from the crowds. An ideal place for families with both small and older children. Karidi and Lagonisi are just a ten-minute drive away if you wish to change the beach. There are several markets nearby and restaurants offering outstanding food. Marijanti speaks Serbian, making communication easy, and she is very kind and accommodating. A warm recommendation.
