Excellent Villa is an accommodation that justifies its name and meets the criteria of even the most demanding guests. It is located in the village of Vourvourou, on the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula, 180m away from the nearest sandy beach, and 3km from the beautiful Karidi beach.

The nearest supermarket is at a distance of 750m, across from the church.

The accommodation consists of two identical units, structured as maisonettes on three levels, designed to accommodate up to six adults and two children. On the lower level, three steps below the courtyard level, there are the living room, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, and on the second floor, there is one bedroom. Two bedrooms feature a double bed each, while the third bedroom has two single beds. Additionally, there is a sofa for two in the living room. Another bathroom is located on the mezzanine between the first and second floors. Guests can enjoy the sea and garden views from the veranda or one of the two balconies equipped with seating sets.

These air-conditioned maisonettes, where the living room and each bedroom have independent cooling units, offer guests free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, two bathrooms (one with a washing machine), and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower with glass enclosures. A baby cot is available upon request. Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior arrangement.

Cleaning of the units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay for reservations longer than seven days. For stays shorter than seven days, cleaning of the units is not provided, and an additional set of bed linen and towels is provided halfway through the stay.

Guests can enjoy barbecuing with family and friends in the carefully maintained and romantically decorated fenced yard, which represents a true oasis of peace and relaxation.

A limited number of parking spaces are available within the courtyard for the guests of the accommodation.

Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, once you reach the village of Vourvourou, near the church and the Leivadiotis supermarket, turn left and continue driving straight for another 750m - Excellent Villa is located on your right side, in front of the boat parking.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
