Excellent Villa is located in Vourvourou, on the east coast of the Sithonia peninsula, 180m from the beach in the village, 4.4km from Fava Beach, and 3km from the beautiful Karidi Beach.
According to its structure, Excellent Villa is a maisonette on three levels that can accommodate a maximum of six adults and two children. On the lower level of the villa, which is on the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a washing machine, on the second level, which is on the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms, on the mezzanine between the first and second floor there is another bathroom, while on the third level, which is at the level of the second floor, there is another bedroom. Two bedrooms have one double bed each, one bedroom has two beds for one person, while the living room has a sofa for two people.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, in which the living room and each bedroom have independent cooling units, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine, as well as and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four hotplates and large oven, large fridge with a freezer, microwave oven, kettle, Nes coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard and the sea, on the furnished veranda or one of the two furnished balconies.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation and peace in this beautifully decorated and maintained yard.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and within the price.
The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, for stays longer than seven days, is done halfway through the stay, while for stays shorter than seven days, the cleaning of the accommodation units is not provided, and guests receive an additional set of bed linen and towels halfway through the stay and, if they want, they can change them themselves.
A limited number of parking spaces in the courtyard are provided for guests of the accommodation.
Excellent Villa is located 14 km from the popular resort Nikiti, 31 km from Sarti, and 103 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
