Our description

Samaya Villa is a new facility built using the latest technologies and the most expensive construction materials, welcoming its first guests in 2022. It is located in Vourvourou, on the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula, situated right on the sandy beach with turquoise blue water just a few steps away. It is 1.1 km away from the beautiful Karidi Beach.

In terms of structure, Samaya Villa is a three-level maisonette that can accommodate up to twelve adults and four children. On the lower level of the villa, which is at the semi-basement level, there is a kitchen, storage room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. On the second level, which is at the high ground floor level, there is a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and a bedroom with its own bathroom. The third level, which is on the first-floor level, includes three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The largest bedroom, in terms of surface area, features a jacuzzi bathtub with a sea view in the bathroom.

One bedroom has two single beds, five bedrooms have double beds, three of which also have an additional single bed, and the fourth bedroom has an additional smaller bed intended for a child.

On request, two baby cots and a baby feeding chair are available within the price.

Setting high standards in equipment to make your stay pleasant and unforgettable, the hosts have taken care of every detail in this modern and elegantly furnished, bright, comfortable, and functional accommodation.

Within this air-conditioned accommodation, which has central air conditioning throughout, guests have access to free WiFi, flat-screen TVs with satellite channels in the living room and each bedroom, a safety deposit box in each bedroom, a hairdryer in each bedroom, six bathrooms with toiletries and cosmetics, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner glass-ceramic stove and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Whether you want to relax on sunbeds under umbrellas, sip your favorite drinks at one of the seating sets in the yard, or enjoy a barbecue with family and friends while your youngest ones have fun on the trampoline.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and within the price.

Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.

Seven parking spaces are provided for guests, three of which are covered within the yard, and four parking spaces on the adjacent property.

Upon guests' arrival, a security deposit of 1000€ is mandatory in case of any potential damage. The deposit will be returned to guests if no damage is caused during their stay.

Samaya Villa is 16 km away from the popular resort of Nikiti, 31 km from Sarti, and 105 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Just a few steps from Vourvourou Beach and a 15-minute walk from Karidi Beach, Villa Samaya features accommodation in Vourvourou with a private beach area, a garden, and barbecue facilities. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The accommodation provides a full-day security for guests.

This air-conditioned 6-bedroom villa comes with a seating area, a satellite flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruit. This villa is non-smoking and soundproof.
