If you're looking for accommodation in Vourvourou near one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, with a swimming pool, a spacious courtyard and great pizzeria, Top Studios is the right choice. Because of the large and arranged yard, it's recommended to families with children, but also to everyone who'd like to have a peaceful holiday.
Karidi beach is 500m away, and the nearest shops and taverns are at 550m.
Top Studios consists of two buildings. There are four studios in the building A (above the pizzeria), while in the building B (behind the pool), there are 13 studios and two apartments.
Triple or quadruple superior studios (25m2) are located in building B. They have one double and a single bed or a folding sofa bed for two children.
Quadruple deluxe family studios (25m2) are located in Building A. They have one double and a single bed or a folding sofa bed for two children up to 10 years.
Double deluxe studios (20m2) are located in building A and have one double bed.
The quintuple apartment has a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two single or a double folding sofa bed (with the possibility of adding the third bed). The apartments are located on the ground floor of building B, where the balconies are a little below the ground level. They are ideal for families with 2-3 children.
Accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and a balcony with table, chairs and awning. Kitchens are equipped with necessary dishes, hot plate with two rings (some accommodation units have a mini-stove with oven) and a small refrigerator with freezer. In the bathrooms, there's a shower with a curtain. Bed linen and towels are replaced after four days.
The house was built in 2008 and every year something is renovated. It's located in a beautiful large courtyard with a swimming pool, parasols and deck chairs, children's playground, barbecue and private parking. Within the accommodation, there is the pizzeria Top Pizza, with a special offer for breakfast.
Small pets are welcome with agreement with the owner.

Owner description
Welcome to Top Studios, located in charming Vourvourou, in the second peninsula of Halkidiki, Sithonia. Vourvourou is a unique place, ideal for everyone who looks for serenity and peaceful environment, well known for its natural landscape, full of pine trees, marvellous beaches with clean blue water and numerous inhabitable small islands. We invite you to taste our hospitality by choosing our residence for your summer vacation, only 100m away from Karidi Beach. Our residence consists of two buildings (A and B). Our buildings follow the local architecture and natural landscape and consist of 17 studios and two apartments, pizzeria, pool and a pool bar.
All our studios & apartments are equipped with safe box & mosquito nets. Our complex has two buildings, building A with four studios and a pizza restaurant and Building B with 13 studios and two apartments. In our facilities, you can also find an external pool with hydromassage and an area only for children (shallow children's pool), parking place with shadow (covered on top), playground for children, BBQ with a large gazebo.
Our garden is ideal for your kids as soon as they will have plenty of free space. We also run a pizza restaurant Pizza Top, where you can find pizza, spaghetti, salads and crepes. Our residence is self-catering.
Superior Studios are consisting of one room of 25m2 with one double bed and one single bed or sofa for two children as soon as it has a second bed underneath, kitchen with all the necessary house wear, SAT LCD TV, A/C, WC and private balcony. They are ideal for 1 family with 1-2 small children (aged up to 10 years). They are located in building B.
Standard Family Studios are consisting of one room of 25m2 with one double bed and one single bed, in which can sleep two children as soon as it has a second bed underneath or a birth(2single beds one over the other), kitchen with all the necessary house wear, SAT TV, A/C, WC and private balcony. They are ideal for a family with 1-2 small children (aged up to 10 years. They are located in building A.
Standard Double Studios are consisting of one room of 20m2 with one double matrimonial bed, small kitchen corner with all the necessary house wear, SAT TV, A/C, WC and private balcony. They are located in building A.
Apartments have two rooms, one bedroom with one double bed and another room with two separate single beds (with the possibility of an extra third bed) which includes kitchen with all the necessary house wear, two satellite TFT LCD TV, A/C, WC and private terrace. Apartments are situated on the ground floor of building B. They are ideal for families with 2-3 children.
We change towels and sheets every fourth day and every day we provide you with toilet paper. The hot water is provided 24/7.
Karidi beach, one of the best beaches in Halkidiki, is at about 100m (a 3-minute walk). Unfortunately, despite the fact that the beach is very close to us our residence does not have any sea view due to the landscape, which is full of trees. Karidi beach is a fantastic shallow beach with Caribbean light blue water and golden sand. Vourvourou is a quiet touristic place in Sithonia, you can find many studios, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, where you can buy bread, grocery, milk, meat etc. and many many wonderful beaches with gold sand and trees until the water. From our residence, you'll reach all of the above within 300m. Bigger supermarket exists in Nikiti, 14km away from Vourvourou.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
