Our Villa is located just a few steps from our beautiful beaches, restaurants and the wonderful life of Chalkidiki. Vourvourou is a village near Agios Nikolaos, in the Chalkidiki peninsula of northern Greece. It is best known as a great holiday destination, with beautiful beaches. The Villa is in front of the seaside, making it the best place for a quiet family rental destination.

Pink Apartment - (up to 7 people) - This two bedroom apartment is the best in the Villa. With two separate bedrooms, while there is the ability to accommodate three people in the living room area, it has all you need for a relaxed stress - free vacation.

Green Apartment - (up to 7 people) - This two bedroom apartment has a lot of space. It is provided with a living room area, a big kitchen area, a master bedroom & one room with two beds. There is also the ability to accommodate three people in the living room area.

Yellow Apartment - (up to 8 people) - In this apartment, the master bedroom & living room area are renovated since 2017. This big two bedroom apartment has two separate bedrooms. There is also the ability to accommodate two people in the living room area and two people in the kitchen area.

Blue Apartment - (up to 5 people) - This is the newest apartment and has been completely renovated since 2016. It has a master bedroom & there is the ability to accommodate three people in the living room area.

White Studio - (up to 5 people) - This comfortable studio has a living room with a kitchen, a partially separated sleeping area (without a door) with one double bed and two single beds, and there is the possibility of accommodating a fifth person in the living room. It should be noted that this accommodation unit doesn’t have windows.

Because of the convenience this accommodation offers (going out to the beach from the yard), for the first time I had the feeling that I was really on vacation, because we did not have to constantly bring and take away the children's beach equipment, carrying various bags and mini-fridges.

Important information

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Discounts

For reservations in 2 Bedroom Apartment, Pink, for period from 21.07.2026 to 31.07.2026, for stays of 7 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 250 euros per day.
The discount applies to a stay for five guests.
For reservations in 2 Bedroom Apartment, Pink, for period from 11.08.2026 to 22.08.2026, for stays of 7 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 270 euros per day.
The discount applies to a stay for five guests.
