Alexander Villa is located on the beach in the village of Vourvourou, on the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula. Vourvourou is unique in that it is close to an archipelago of nine islands, the largest of which is Diaporos. In this sense, it offers something that no other place in Sithonia offers - renting a boat and going to the island of Diaporos, bathing in coves with turquoise water, and enjoying the view of the blue lagoon.

The unorganized beach is directly accessible from the yard. The nearest market is less than 200m away, as well as restaurants and bakeries.

This luxurious 150m² villa with a pool is divided into two levels and is intended to accommodate up to six people. On the first level, which is at the ground level, there is a large living room, kitchen, and dining area, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds - as well as two bathrooms. On the second level, on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy an impressive and direct view of the azure sea and the island of Diaporos from the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating sets.

Within this air-conditioned villa, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, a jacuzzi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a ceramic hob with four burners, a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation upon agreement with the owners and for an additional fee.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as towel and linen changes, are done daily.

In the carefully maintained yard, with paved paths and neat lawns, guests have at their disposal a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a gazebo with a barbecue and outdoor dining area, a sauna, as well as a covered area with exercise equipment.

Private parking space for five cars is available.

Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing the Elin gas station in Vourvourou, turn left after 1km onto the street towards the sea and continue to follow the road to the Rema hotel (about 400m), then turn right and after 350m on your left side, you will see the Alexander Villa.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
