Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description
Chrisa Villa is located in the first row to the beach in Vourvourou, on the east coast of the Sithonia peninsula. Vourvourou is special because there is an archipelago of nine islands nearby, the largest of which is Diaporos, so in that sense it offers something that no other place in Sithonia offers, renting a boat and going to the island of Diaporos, swimming on the turquoise beaches water and a view of the blue lagoon.
The unrestricted beach is accessed directly from the yard. The nearest market is 200m away, as well as restaurants and bakeries.
This luxury villa of 190m² with a swimming pool is divided into two levels and is designed to accommodate a maximum of ten people. On the first level, which is on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen where there is a sofa, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two beds for one person, as well as two bathrooms. On the second level, on the first floor, the layout of the rooms is the same, so there is also a living room with a kitchen in which there is a sofa, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two beds for one person, as well as two bathrooms. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy an impressive and direct view of the blue sea and the island of Diaporos from the veranda or balcony equipped with seating.
Within this air-conditioned villa, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a hair dryer, two fully equipped kitchens with a large fridge-freezer, a flat plate with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathrooms have shower cabins. On request and within the price, a baby cot can be added. In this accommodation, small pets are allowed in agreement with the owners and with an additional charge.
The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of towels and bed linen, is done every day.
In the carefully maintained yard, with paved paths and neat lawns, guests have at their disposal a private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a summerhouse with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, a sauna, and a covered area with exercise equipment.
A private parking space is available for guests of the villa.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing the Elin gas station in Vourvourou, after 1km turn left into the street towards the sea and continue following the road to the Rema Hotel, then turn right and after 400m you will see Chrisa Villa on your left.
