The accommodation consists of two double, five triple, and one quadruple studio.
The double studios (Deluxe Studio) are located on the first floor and are ideal for two people. In the living room with a kitchenette, there is a comfortable double bed.
The triple studios (Superior Studio) are situated on the first and second floors and can accommodate up to three people. In the pleasant space of the living room with a kitchenette, in addition to a double bed, there is also a single bed.
The quadruple studio (Superior Family) is located on the first floor and can accommodate two adults and two children. In the modernly furnished living room with a kitchenette, guests have at their disposal a double bed and a sofa bed, providing comfortable accommodation for two.
All units are equipped with air conditioning, and guests are provided with free WiFi, TV, a safety deposit box, and mosquito nets. Additionally, a hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchenette with two hobs, a standard refrigerator, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a coffee machine are available. The bathrooms are modernly designed, with a shower cabin. All studios have terraces with comfortable seating areas, offering a beautiful view of the sea in the distance.
The accommodations are cleaned daily during the stay, while towel and linen changes are made every three days.
The courtyard is fenced with regularly maintained lawn. Guests of the property have access to secure parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
