Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Forest Aelia Apartments is located in the village of Vourvourou, on the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula, just 350 meters from the beach. The accommodation is set in a tranquil environment, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the spacious garden filled with natural shade from olive trees.
There are two accommodation units available on the elevated ground floor.
Apartment No.1 can accommodate up to six adults. It consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, while the living room includes a sofa for two.
Apartment No.2 can also accommodate up to six adults. It comprises a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed.
Guests have access to a children's crib, included in the price.
Within these air-conditioned apartments, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, fan, hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a big refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.
From the balcony, furnished with seating, guests can enjoy views of the garden.
In the beautifully landscaped garden, guests can delight in preparing barbecues in the company of family and friends.
Pets are allowed.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linen is available for guests to change themselves.
Private parking is provided within the accommodation itself.
