Theros House is located in Vourvourou, one of the most famous resorts in Sithonia, 850 meters from the beach. Set in a quieter environment, this accommodation is a good choice for families and larger groups of guests who want a comfortable stay in a spacious two‑level layout. The proximity to the beach, as well as good access to the many coves and beaches for which Vourvourou is known, adds to the practicality during holidays.

The apartment is arranged on two levels and accommodates up to eight adults. The lower level, on the first floor, includes a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a toilet, while the upper level, on the second floor, consists of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. This layout provides extra comfort and functionality, offering guests greater privacy and easier use of the accommodation, especially when more people or two families are staying together. Each bedroom has a double bed, while both living rooms have sofas for two people.

The apartment is equipped with amenities that ensure a pleasant and functional stay. Four air conditioners distributed throughout the property maintain a comfortable temperature during hot summer days, while wireless internet and TV provide information, entertainment, and relaxation. A washing machine and hair dryer add convenience, especially for larger groups and longer stays. Guests have access to two kitchens, which is particularly useful for larger groups. Both kitchens are equipped with a four‑zone ceramic stove and large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, allowing easy meal preparation and greater flexibility during daily use.

Guests can enjoy several balconies, adding comfort and outdoor space. The balconies overlook the yard and surrounding mountain landscape, while seating sets provide a pleasant spot for morning coffee, daytime breaks, or evening relaxation. A private barbecue is also available, allowing outdoor meal preparation and contributing to enjoyable gatherings during the holiday.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation, ensuring high hygiene standards, tidiness, and a pleasant environment for all guests.

During their stay, guests maintain the cleanliness of the property themselves, according to their own habits and needs. Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival, while replacement during the stay is not included in regular maintenance. For guests who want additional cleaning, this service can be arranged at an extra cost.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
