Situated in a tranquil environment, this accommodation represents an excellent choice for families and larger groups of guests seeking a comfortable stay in a spacious area organized on two levels. The proximity to the beach, as well as the good connection with numerous coves and beaches for which Vourvourou is famous, further enhances the convenience during holidays.

The apartment organized on two levels is intended for a maximum of eight adult persons. The lower level, located on the first floor, includes a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with access to a bathroom, an additional toilet, while on the upper level, situated on the second floor, there are a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. This layout provides extra comfort and functionality during the stay, as it allows guests greater privacy and easier use of the accommodation, especially when there are multiple people or two families staying together. Each bedroom features a double bed, while both living rooms are equipped with sofas for two persons.

The apartment is equipped with amenities that provide guests with a pleasant and functional stay during their holidays. Four air conditioners placed in different parts of the accommodation contribute to a comfortable temperature during hot summer days, while wireless internet and TV offer additional possibilities for information, entertainment, and relaxation, with mosquito nets installed on the windows. A washing machine and a hairdryer further enhance the convenience during the stay, especially for larger groups of guests and longer vacations. Guests have access to two kitchens, which is a significant advantage for accommodating a larger number of persons. Both kitchens are equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, enabling easy meal preparation and greater flexibility in the daily use of the accommodation. The bathrooms feature a built-in shower cabin separated by a glass partition on the first floor, and a curtain on the second floor.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation according to their own habits and needs. Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival, with no replacement during the stay included in the regular maintenance of the accommodation. For guests desiring additional assistance in maintaining the apartment, a cleaning service can be arranged for an extra charge.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
