Our description
Maria Dina Studios is a newly built accommodation located in a quiet part of Potos, around 10 minutes walk from the center and the beach. Apartments are nice, with modern furniture and a parking spot.
It is 500m from the center and main crossroad, and 600m from the beach.
Apartments were built in 2017.
There are two identical apartments (38m2) on the high ground floor available. The apartments consist of a bedroom with one double bed, a separate and equipped kitchen with a sofa bed for two small children and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The kitchen area has no doors and it's connected to the corridor. The apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, mosquito nets and the internet. The bedroom and the kitchen have an access to the small balconies.
Cleaning, as well as towels and bed linen replacement, is done after three days.
The parking is provided for the guests.
When arriving from Limenaria direction, on the main crossroad, you are turning left towards Theologos village. After 150m turn to the second street left, then to the first street left and as the path leads you will come to a smaller intersection where you need to turn left again. The house will be on your right side.
This accommodation is great for families with small children due to its quiet location, so for those looking for new and high-quality accommodation, where the proximity of the beach is not a priority, Maria Dina Studios can be a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Bili smo prosle godine i odusevili se. Sve pohvale za čistoću. ..zaista sve mirise na novo i uredno. Peskiri i posteljina se menjaju na svaka tri dana. Osecaj kao kod svoje kuce. Sve je novo , namestaj, kupatilo. Mirna ulica bez guzve i saobracaja, opet blizu centra. Lep raspored u apartmanu. Vlasnici ljubazni, a nenametljivi. Odlican odnos cene i kvaliteta. Sve preporuke! Kada budem opet letovala u Potosu, sigurno ce to biti u Maria Dina Studios.

Nov, komforan, moderno opremljen apartman svim sto je potrebno za udoban boravak, narocito sa decom. Kuhinja je kompletno opremljena novim keramickim posudjem i svim sto je neophodno. Jako je cisto. Sve mirise ( u kupatilu nema vracanja vode iz slivnika ). Mirno je i tiho, a blizu centra i plaze. Domacini su ljubazni i predusretljivi. Za svaku preporuku!
