Hotel Description

Georgia Villa is situated on the south of Thassos on one of the most popular sand beaches on the island – Psili Ammos. Great location and restaurant in the garden make this accommodation very popular.

Psili Ammos beach in rights across the street, 30m from the house. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be used if you buy a drink in a beach bar.

It is a smaller building consisting of two apartments on the first floor (30m2) and two studios on the ground floor.

The apartments have a bathroom and two separate bedrooms with a double bed in one and two single beds in the second bedroom. One has a view of the sea while the other has a partial side view of the sea and the street. There is a shared kitchen in the corridor that can be used by guests of only one apartment. There is a refrigerator in both apartments.

There is one four-bed studio (25m2) and one three-bed (18m2) studio. In the four-bed studio there is one double bed, one single and another bed that pulls out like a drawer. The three-bed studio has two joined single beds and a single bed located on the open gallery. The ceiling in the gallery of the three-bed studio is low. All studios have an exit to the courtyard where there are sofas.

All the units have bathroom, A/C, TV, balcony, mosquito nets and WiFi internet.

Cleaning and replacement of towels is done every 2 days, while replacement of linen is done every 3 days.

Courtyard is nicely decorated and whole yard is in the shade of trees.

There is a private parking.

From the direction of Limenaria, 5 km after Potos you will find this lovely beach. Villa Georgia is on the left side of the road where Batis restaurant.

Villa has a restaurant so you can also pay for halfboard.

If you want accommodation close to one of the most beautiful sand beaches on the island, unless you aren`t too demanding, villa Georgia might be and excellent choice for you. She is 4 minutes of driving from Potos, and 20 meters away from a small drugstore with groceries. Slightly larger shop is in the Astris, 500 meters from the vila.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
