Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Olive Tree House is a traditional residence situated in the small village of Agios Georgios, located in the northern part of the island of Thassos. The nearest beach is in the area of Skala Rachoni, approximately 4km away, which is about a five-minute drive.
This 55m² house can accommodate up to six individuals. It features two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with two connected single beds. The living room includes a sofa for two people.
Due to its cascading construction, the entrance to the house is at the ground floor level, while the balcony at the back is situated on the first floor, offering views of the mountains and the sea in the distance. The balcony is equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs, as well as a swing.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, internet, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner stove with a large oven, a standard refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.
Parking space is provided in front of the house. Pets are allowed with prior agreement with the owners.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, as well as for changing bed linen and towels - clean sets are available.
