Hotel Description

Vasiliki Villa is located in the center of Potos, just a step away from all events. Being situated in a secluded street, it is isolated from noise. It is a modest but very affordable and clean accommodation.

The accommodation is literally 10 meters away from the promenade, shops, souvenir shops, and everything Potos has to offer. It is less than 100 meters away from the city beach.

The house is small and has four accommodation units, specifically three apartments and one studio. Upstairs, there are two four-bed apartments (on the sides) and one studio in the middle.

On the ground floor, there is a five-bed apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed that is narrower than standard and a single bed. The other bedroom has a double bed that is narrower than standard and a sofa for one person. Each room has an air conditioner. The living room is with a kitchen, large fridge, TV, and a sofa. This apartment has two bathrooms. One is inside the apartment, while the other is outside.

The four-bed apartments upstairs consist of two rooms. They are 28m2 in size. In one apartment, the first room has two separate beds and a kitchen. The same room also has an air conditioner. The apartment also has a bedroom with two separate single beds. The second apartment has one single bed and one sofa bed in one room, two single beds in another room, and a separate kitchen with a separate entrance. The apartments have lovely flowered verandas. All apartments are ideal for couples with small children.

The studio has three single beds and a sofa bed, all in the same room with the kitchen. It is about 20m2.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, veranda or terrace, mosquito nets, bathroom, and wireless internet.

The house is of older construction (partially renovated in 2014).

Cleaning, bed linen and towel change is done every five days.

The yard is small but clean and full of flowers and shade.

Private parking is not provided. There is only one parking space in front of the entrance to the building.

When coming from Limenaria, turn immediately after the central intersection into the first street on the right (20m from the central intersection, just behind the taxi stand). The street is a dead-end, and the house is on the right side.

The advantage of Vasiliki Villa is also its proximity to the beach. The bakery is located 30 meters away, and the supermarket is right next to it. If you don’t want luxury but seek a good location and proximity to the beach, Vasiliki Villa may be a good choice for you.

Everything was fine; the location was phenomenal, and the owner was wonderful. The only complaint was the beds.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
