Hotel Description
Small Houses is an accommodation consisting of three buildings. It is very modest yet affordable. It is located in a peaceful part of Astris.
The accommodation is situated 800 meters away from the beach.
In the courtyard, there are three small old-fashioned cottages, decorated in a traditional style and renovated in 2014.
The first building is a quadruple apartment (20m2). The living room features a fully equipped kitchen and a French bed slightly narrower than standard (suitable for two children up to the age of 10), while the bedroom has a French bed. In front of the entrance, there is a terrace with a table and chairs.
The second building is a quadruple maisonette (35m2) on two levels. The ground floor consists of a bedroom with a French bed and a kitchen with two single beds. From this room, stairs lead to the second bedroom on the upper floor. It also has a French bed (1.40x1.90m), and the ceiling in this room is low. The terrace is enclosed with glass and has chairs and a table.
The third building is a triple maisonette (25m2) on two levels. The ground floor features a kitchen and a single bed, while the bedroom on the upper floor has a French bed and an exit to a very small wooden terrace overlooking the sea. The bathroom is separate and has a separate entrance. In front of the entrance to the maisonette, there are a table and chairs.
The units are air-conditioned and equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, TV, WiFi, and mosquito nets.
Bringing electrical appliances such as ovens, microwaves, grills, kettles, and similar items is not allowed.
Cleaning, change of bed linen, and towels are done every five days.
In the courtyard, guests have access to a barbecue, as well as private parking.
The first market is 150 meters away.
Astris is located 5km from Potos. Coming from Potos, in Astris, pass by the Mathios market and turn left into the first street after the Elista villa. At 250-300m on the right side of the street, you will see Small Houses.
Small Houses can be a good choice for families with children, as well as for guests who are not demanding because the accommodation is modest, and they desire peace and quiet in the courtyard with shade and space for barbecue.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
