Our description
Small Houses is an accommodation consisting of three structures. It is very humble but affordable. It is located in a peaceful part of Astris.
The accommodation is situated 800 meters away from the beach of Astris.
In the courtyard, there are three cottages of older construction, decorated in a traditional style and renovated in 2014.
The first structure is a four-bed apartment (20m2). The living room contains a equipped kitchen and a double bed narrower than the standard size, while the bedroom has a double bed. In front of the entrance, there is a terrace with a table and chairs.
The second structure is a five-bed maisonette (35m2) on two levels. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with a single bed and a couch, and a bedroom with a double bed. From this bedroom, stairs lead to the second bedroom on the upper floor. In this room, there is also a double bed (1.40x1.90m), and the ceiling in this room is low. The terrace is enclosed by glass and has chairs and a table.
The third structure is a three-bed maisonette (25m2) on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and a single bed, while on the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an exit to a very small wooden terrace with a view of the sea. The bathroom is separate and has a separate entrance. In front of the entrance to the maisonette, there are a table and chairs.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a kitchen, bathroom, TV, WiFi, and mosquito nets.
Cleaning, bed linen and towel replacement are done every five days.
In the courtyard, guests have access to a barbecue and private parking.
The nearest grocery store is 150 meters away.
Astris is located 5km away from Potos. When coming from the direction of Potos, pass by the Mathios Market in Astris and turn into the first street on the left, behind the Elista villa. At 250-300m on the right side of the street, you will see Small Houses.
Small Houses can be a good choice for families with children, as well as for guests who are not demanding, as the accommodation is modest but offers a peaceful and quiet environment with a cool atmosphere and space for barbecue.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj odličan za porodice sa decom. Domaćini predivni i vrlo ljubazni i uslužni. Prave i domaće maslinovo ulje pa se može kupiti direktno od njih. Žena vlasnika je bosanka pa je komunikacija laka.

Postovani ja samo mogu da pohvalim smestaj u kojem smo bili.Gazde su jako ljubazni i pravi domacini.Osecao sam se kao kod svoje kuci i vrlo rado cu opet kod njih odsesti kad budem isao na Tasos.Smestaj je uredan,cist,komforan i nemam ni ja ni moja porodica ni jedne zamerke.Imamo samo lepe reci za ovaj smestaj i ovu porodicu.Hvala im jos jednom na gostoprimstvu i ko god da se odluci za ovaj smestaj nece se pokajati.

Prelepo se proveli, deca uzivala (prvi put mazila kozu i ostale domace zivotinje) i divni domacini. Nema ni jedna zamerka.

Odlican smestaj, sve je veoma cisto, svaka kucica je prica za sebe, jednom reciju za svaku preporuku. Moja porodica i ja smo se nauzivali 10 dana i sve je bilo perfektno. Vlasnik kuce Niko je fenomenalan covek i cini sve sto je do njega da se gosti osecaju kao kod svoje kuce. Od mene sve cista petica.
