Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Maria Pension is located in a peaceful place, far away from any crowd. It features a beautifully landscaped courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue, and a playground for children. All units have access to kitchens, private bathrooms, balconies, and private parking.
The accommodation is situated in the south of Thassos, in a small village called Astris.
The nearest market is located 2km away.
It is 1.4km away from the nearest beach.
There are a total of five units available for online reservations: two apartments and three studios.
The first apartment is located on the high ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa for two children in the living room/kitchen. There is a shower cabin with a glass partition in the bathroom.
The second apartment is also located on the high ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. It has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as an air conditioning unit in each of them. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
The studios are located on the first floor and can accommodate up to two people. They have a double bed each. The bathrooms have shower cabins with glass partition.
All units have internet access, TV, A/C, hairdryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, kettle, toaster, fridge with a freezer compartment, private bathroom, balcony overlooking the courtyard, parking, a landscaped courtyard with a children's playground. There is also a baby cot that the owners can provide upon request. Pets are welcome, with prior arrangement.
Cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every two days, and bed linen every four days.
The courtyard is spacious and beautifully landscaped, with well-maintained grass. It features garden furniture, a children's playground and a barbecue, available to all guests of this accommodation.
Private parking is available on site and has space for all visitors.
