The bathroom is located on the ground floor, with all the necessary amenities for the comfort and convenience of guests. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with modern appliances and enough space for socializing while cooking.
The living room is spacious and cozy, with a comfortable sofa that can serve as an additional bed for one person, providing extra accommodation capacity or space for relaxation and socializing. Smoking inside the accommodation unit is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
