Waterview Villa is a high-quality and modern accommodation, with a splendid sea view, offering guests an additional dose of privacy, as they would be the only guests at this accommodation, since it is a private house, with private parking and all the amenities necessary for an unforgettable vacation.

This accommodation is located on Golden Beach, one of the most popular beaches on Thassos, 700m from the beach.

It is a private house (90m2) on two levels, with three bedrooms.

Upon entering the accommodation unit, you first encounter the living room and a large and spacious kitchen, with a kitchen table and chairs. In the living room, there is a sofa on which one person can sleep, as well as a TV set. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation, including a toaster, coffee maker, stove with oven, large refrigerator, and microwave oven.

On the ground floor, there is the first bedroom, with two separate single beds. Next to the bedroom, there is a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin.

Upstairs, there are the remaining two bedrooms, both equipped in the same manner - with a double bed.

The accommodation unit has air conditioning, internet access, washing machine, hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a baby cot, available upon request. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and guests also have access to a yard where they can find a barbecue, a seating area, and enjoy the view.

Cleaning is done at the beginning and end of the stay, while guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation unit. The owners provide guests with a clean set of bed linen and towels, which guests change themselves.

There is private parking available.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
