Finikas Apartments is a rather new accommodation located in Golden Beach. It is a very modern and quality accommodation, ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy the sea view.
It is just over 200m from the beach and it is located near one of the most beautiful parts of Golden Beach bay.
The acommodation has a total of seven accommodation units, three maisonettes, three apartments and one studio.
The maisonettes (45m2) are a two-level apartments. On the first level there is a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle), dining table and living room with sleeping sofa bed that can be opened and transferred into a double bed.
On the second level, there is a gallery with a king size bed. All three maisonettes have two large, furnished balconies and fantastic sea view. They are ideal for families with two children.
The studio has one king size bed and a single bed. The arrangement is the same as it is for the maisonettes, the only difference is that the studio does not have a stove with an oven. The size of the studio is 26m2 and it is located on the high ground floor. The studio has a beautiful, partial sea view and complete privacy because there is no contact with the other balconies. In the afternoon hours, on the balcony, there is shade because the studio is facing east, and it also has a big awning cover. In front of the studio there is a lawn, actually a yard belonging only to this studio.
The 4 Bed Apartment, Superior (43m2) has two double beds. Both beds have anatomical mattresses. It has an awning and shade and a partial sea view. It is very suitable for a family and the entrance to this unit is directly from the pool side.
There are also two new four-bed Comfort apartments (40m2) that welcomed the first tourists in the 2018 season. Both units are located on the high ground floor. They consist of a separate bedroom with a French bed that has an anatomical mattress and a living room that has a couch where two adults can sleep. The only difference between these two apartments is that one of them (no.6) has two terraces with a view of the sea, and the other (no.7) only one.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, windows and doors have mosquito nets, and wireless internet is available in all rooms, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, as well as satellite TV.
The preparation of light meals is allowed, while smoking in the accommodation is prohibited.
Guests can also use the swimming pool belonging to another accommodation, which is right next to it, and which is owned by the same owners, so guests of this accommodation can also use it, with consumption. The pool is open every dan from 9am to 9pm, expect from 3pm til 5pm, during the quiet hours.
The replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days and cleaning is done daily.
For all guests there is a parking place in front of the apartment.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
