The cleaning of the apartment is done daily (rating 10), with towels and bed linens replaced every 3 days (towels are changed as soon as they notice that new ones are needed) - cleanliness rating 100. Hospitality rating 10, the landlady is a wonderful woman who keeps everything in order. The staff responsible for cleaning deserves a big round of applause. The accommodation is outstanding. This is our eighth year in Greece, and I can say that I have never stayed in a cleaner place. It is cleaned every day. The towels were changed very frequently, to the point that we were surprised to find new ones when we returned to our room 😊. The owner, who is from our region, is very kind and always available for any questions. They have private parking in an olive grove, so the car is in the shade. I highly recommend it.

Everything was excellent; the only issue was the hill when returning from the beach. Although the distance is short, the ascent is quite steep. Everything else was perfect. They cleaned the room every day, changed the towels and linens, made the beds, and paid attention to the details.

We have just returned from our vacation in Thassos. Our family of four stayed at the Finikas apartments. We arrived significantly earlier than the scheduled check-in time and did not expect the apartment to be ready, but we came to check in and see the place where we would be staying. To our great surprise, the apartment was ready, and we entered immediately. We carry only beautiful, extraordinary impressions. The apartment is cleaned every day, bed linens and towels are changed every third day, hygiene is at a high level, and the apartment was comfortable, cozy, and lovely. In addition to our terrace, we had a part in the garden with a view of the sea. The courtyard is beautiful, adorned with flowers and greenery. Regarding the staff, we have only kind words. Mrs. Radmila, the owner of the apartment with whom we communicated in our language, greeted us warmly. She is an exceptionally pleasant, smiling woman who is always willing to assist any guest with whatever they need. I must also commend the cleaner who impeccably maintains the apartments and who was always positive and friendly. We have no complaints, not even the slightest. We spent ten beautiful days; this was our first time vacationing in Thassos, and we will definitely return, especially to the Finikas apartments where we felt at home. We vacationed in September 2021 and cannot find a single complaint. We were accommodated in a studio with our three-year-old daughter, my wife and I. Everything was at an exceptional level, from the furnishings, through hygiene, to the kindness and helpfulness of the hostess Radmila. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a spotless accommodation. There were literally no traces of dirt anywhere, and it remained that way until the end of our stay. Daily cleaning, towel and linen changes every three days. The yard was well-kept, full of flowers. Our terrace was slightly lower than the others, but it certainly had a view of the sea. The hostess also showed us the other accommodation units (when there was a change of tourists) and they looked exactly like in the pictures, except for the terraces, which had much better views than what could be seen in the photos. And if there were any additional needs or challenges, Radmila would resolve them promptly. It is true that the villa is located on a hill, but it is nothing dramatic (you get used to it easily). Moreover, Finikas has a tavern of the same name, which, in our opinion, is the best in this part of Golden Beach. Overall, excellent accommodation. We will definitely return there when we vacation in Thassos next time.

Tasos is a magical Greek island that exudes charm... When we first decided to visit this place, we chose Villa Finikas and we have remained loyal to it ever since. The villa boasts terraces with stunning views of the sea and a sweet romantic garden filled with flowers that evoke the feeling of being in paradise. The owner is an incredibly pleasant woman, always ready to assist us. I have noticed that the linens are changed every other day and the room service is impeccable! Everyone speaks Serbian and they are very courteous! Cleanliness is at the highest level, as is the kindness of the staff. The villa offers complete peace and comfort that one can experience while on vacation. As an early riser, the sunrise and the mingling scents of the sea and flowers from the garden leave a special impression on me... And the most important thing I haven't mentioned is that the property is fenced and the gate is locked, allowing me to leave my child to play in the garden without a second thought! In light of all this, I wholeheartedly and warmly recommend Finikas! See you next year!

We vacationed in July and have just returned. We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation and service. This is undoubtedly the best lodging, of very high quality and tastefully decorated. The view of the sea from the terrace is breathtaking, and the apartment is very comfortable; the kitchen is fully equipped, allowing us to use the oven as well. We do not dine out at restaurants, so we cooked everything ourselves, and the hostess provided us with everything extra we needed. We only prepared fish in the summer kitchen (cooking inside is prohibited due to the smell, and we fry outside, which was perfect for us). The staff is very friendly and always at our service, and they speak Serbian as well. We have no words for the cleanliness; everything sparkles, and even if we were to laze around all day, everything would be impeccable upon our return in the evening. The cleaner did not disturb us and cleaned even before dinner. The terraces are beautiful; we have never had porches adorned with flowers before, and the view of the sea is enchanting. Moreover, all the terraces have awnings and shade, so we spent a large part of our vacation enjoying ourselves on the terraces. The accommodation is close to the sea, just about 150m away, albeit a bit uphill, but the location is excellent. Peace, tranquility, and olive groves; the only sound is the waves. All praises for Villa Finikas. We will definitely be returning!

We vacationed in July of this year, together with our godparents! Our godmother made the reservation and paid the deposit back in January, yet she did not receive any discount on the total amount!? On the first day, we were greeted by Mrs. Radmila, who took the remaining money from us but did not provide any receipt for it. She informed us that we should not cook anything in the apartment, but rather use the stove located at the entrance to the yard, and that we should not lie in bed covered in creams and oils, as this would dirty the linens, which they would not be able to wash (they had already had such experiences), and hurriedly left! We did not see her again for the next five days! The apartments are cleaned every day, and the linens are changed every three days! They are equipped with all the necessary items and look nice! We had a wasp nest on the terrace, so at first (until they sprayed for insects) we couldn’t sit peacefully on the terrace! The house is situated on a hill, making the return from the beach a bit tiring; by the way, the sea is the most beautiful in this part of Thassos, but the beach is not particularly well-kept and was not cleaned even once during our stay! On the last day of our stay, the cleaner started cleaning while we were having our morning swim (all our documents, money, and belongings were inside), and we were told on the first day to vacate the room by noon, which is unacceptable! All in all, the accommodation is excellent, hygiene is good, the location is decent, but the price is still too high for the lodging and the unfriendliness of the hostess (we did not meet the owner). I will surely return to Thassos, but I doubt I will use the accommodation at Finikas apartments.

We vacationed from July 3rd to 13th. The accommodation was excellent; we have no complaints except for one. On the last day, the lady who maintains the apartments entered to clean around 10 AM and did not intend to leave until she finished. This greatly disturbed us because when we returned from the beach, the door was wide open, and we had our luggage inside. If the check-out time is at 12, then they should clean the apartments once the guests have departed. We did not meet the actual owner, only the lady who presumably works for him. She showed us the basics on the first day and explained that frying is not allowed in the apartment due to the smell (not that we planned to cook any food, but keep in mind that if there is a kitchen, why not use it occasionally), and that we should use the stove in the yard if necessary. She took the remaining money and did not provide any receipt. We had a wonderful time; these are just minor complaints about customer service. We would certainly vacation there again. Marija

During our stay at the Finikas house apartments from August 8 to 17, 2016, we experienced truly exceptional accommodation. The furnishings of the apartment, the cleanliness, and the delightful Katarina, who meticulously maintained the tidiness and cleanliness of the apartment, were all at an outstanding level. Bed linens and towels are changed every three days. The apartment is cleaned and tidied daily. The terraces are fantastic, unusually spacious for a seaside apartment. No expense was spared on the furniture, dishes, and kitchen appliances. Absolutely no complaints. Regarding the location, it is indeed close to the beach, but the path is mostly uphill. In one section, although it is not a large part of the route, the incline is quite steep, making the walk from the beach to the apartment somewhat unpleasant. This was the only discomfort we experienced during our stay in Finikas. However, given the fantastic view from the terraces, especially from the upper terrace, it is clear that the house must be situated on a slope. Overall, I highly recommend the Finikas house.
