Our description
Finikas Apartments is a rather new accommodation located in Golden Beach. It is a very modern and quality accommodation, ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy the sea view.
It is just over 200m from the beach and it is located near one of the most beautiful parts of Golden Beach bay.
The acommodation has a total of seven accommodation units, three maisonettes, three apartments and one studio.
The maisonettes (45m2) are a two-level apartments. On the first level there is a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle), dining table and living room with sleeping sofa bed that can be opened and transferred into a king size bed.
On the second level, there is a gallery with a king size bed. All three maisonettes have two large, furnished balconies and fantastic sea view. They are ideal for families with two children.
The studio has one king size bed and a single bed. The arrangement is the same as it is for the maisonettes, the only difference is that the studio does not have a stove with an oven. The size of the studio is 23m2 and it is located on the high ground floor. The studio has a beautiful sea view and complete privacy because there is no contact with the other balconies. In the afternoon hours, on the balcony, there is shade because the studio is facing east, and it also has a big awning cover. In front of the studio there is a lawn, actually a yard belonging only to this studio.
The 4 Bed Apartment, Family (43m2) has two double beds. Both beds have anatomic mattresses. It has an awning cover and shade, a private yard and a partial sea view. It is very suitable for families.
There are also two new four-bed apartments (40m2) that hosted their first tourists in the year of 2018. To get to this accommodation unit, you have to go upstairs, then go downstairs in order to enter the apartment. The apartments are several steps below the yard level. They are consisted of a separate bedroom with a double bed that has an anatomic mattress and a living room that has a folding sofa where two adults can sleep. The living room has an access to the veranda that overlooks the sea, while the balcony, the one that is accessible from the bedroom, overlooks the yard. We have to emphasize that only one of the new apartments has a private veranda overlooking the sea. The second apartment also has a veranda overlooking the sea but not private, actually it is not connected directly with the apartment and you need to cross the path, but only the guests of that particular apartment can use it.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, windows and doors have mosquito nets, and wireless internet is available in all rooms, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, as well as satellite TV.
The replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days and cleaning is done daily.
For all guests there is a parking place in front of the apartment.

Villa Finikas is situated at the most beautiful and most famous beach of the island of Thasos - the Golden Beach, in an absolutely green olive grove with a quiet ambiance and a breathtaking view of the sea.
The distance from the fully equipped coast of Golden beach is 150m. In a small distance, you can find taverns, mini-markets, bus stop, taxi, cars and motors to rent.

Maisonette: In our fully equipped villas can stay four adults (one baby cot also available). In the first floor, you can find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a living room with triple sofa (which can be easily converted to a comfortable double bed). There is also a terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast or afternoon coffee/tea with a view to the Aegean Sea. In the second floor, there is a bedroom (with a double bed) and a terrace with table and chairs where you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. If you want to fry fishes outside, there is an outdoor kitchen in the garden beside the barbecue.
The apartment is for 5 persons - 4 adults, and one child. It is equipped with two double beds and one single bed. The apartment is at a high ground floor, has a tent and side sea view. It is very spacious and suitable for families.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
