Our description
Helios Studios is the accommodation in Limenaria, just a few minutes of walking to all amenities. It is a well-maintained facility, with private parking, garden from the backside of the house and it offers studios and apartments.
It is located at 450m from the central intersection and 150m from the city beach. The beach is sandy on the coast and mostly rocky in the water, but it`s quite long and may be useful for the days when you do not want to visit better beaches. In the same street with Helios, there are supermarkets and a bakery.
Units are situated in the semi-basement, ground floor and first floor.
In the semi-basement, there are two studios (for two and four persons) available for tourists. The studio for two people has two connected single beds, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace overlooking the garden. The studio for four people is with one double and two connected single beds, kitchen, large fridge, bathroom and terrace looking at the garden. Furniture in both studios is a classic, wooden, kitchens are recent, a bathroom of medium quality with a shower-tub. Every unit has a TV and an air conditioner. This is not a real basement. The studios are below the level of the road that goes in front of the house but they are in the level of the garden that is behind the house and to which they have access to.
In the ground floor, there are two studios for three persons, one for two persons and one apartment for four people. Two studios have terraces overlooking the garden and are set higher (high ground floor). These are one double studio (two single beds) and one triple studio (double and a single bed). The other triple studio and a quadruple apartment are with terraces overlooking the parking and the street and are in the level with them. These units have one double and one or two single beds, depending on how many people are they intended for. The furniture here is a classic, wooden, kitchens are recent, a bathroom of medium quality with a shower-tub. TVs and air conditioners exist. The apartment has, besides of a middle-sized refrigerator in the kitchen, also a large additional fridge.
On the first floor is one large apartment for four persons. The apartment consists of hallway, a living room with two connected single beds, a new, larger kitchen within the room, a long terrace overlooking the street, new bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed. This apartment also has a television and air conditioning.
Wireless internet is available to guests free of charge. Double studios have 19m2, triple have 22-24m2, quadruple studio has around 30m2, and the apartments have 28m2.
The owners are kind and helpful.
The linen and towels are being replaced every five to six days.
Small garden is at the back side of the house.
There is parking space for eight cars in front of the house.
Helios is on the left side of the main road at the entrance to Limenaria, when coming from the direction of Skala Maries. You will see the sign.
If you want a decent and clean accommodation that is close to the beach and a five-minute walk from the center, then Helios can be a good choice. Situated beside the main street in Limenaria (the main road), so all facilities in the town are easily accessible on foot. It is very good as a base for visiting the beaches on the island, as some beautiful beaches are close by and Potos is 5km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovana, zanima me 4 Bed Apartment na prvom spratu do ulice, pretpostavljam da je to terasa gde je istaknuto ime kuće? U periodu od 12.07.-28.07.2020. je cena 660 € za 12 noći. Da li ima slobodan smeštaj za taj period? Kolika je doplata za klima uredjaj? Da li zaista ima parking za 8 vozila? Kako se vrši plaćanje i koliko je taksa kada se dodje tamo? Hvala unapred, Ivica

Što se tiče usluga vase agencije isto tako i Helius studia, sve je bilo u savršenom redu. Hvala vam na vašoj ljubaznošću i vidimo se sledeće godine u isto vreme na tom predivnom Tasosu.

Smestaj je bio zaista odlican. Sto se lokacije tice nalazi se na odlicnom mestu, blizu setalista, blizu plaze, blizu marketa, sve je na 2 minuta hoda. Nas apartman je bio na prizemlju sa velikom terasom izuzetno komforan. Sve je bilo uredno i cisto kada smo stigli. Postoji i parking u samom dvoristu. Vlasnici izuzetno korektni.
