Our description
Sotiria houses are located in Potos, near the center and city beach. The accommodation is more modest but very decent and clean. It offers two studios and one apartment. Private parking is a big advantage.
The accommodation is about 400m from the city beach, and 350m from center.
In the house next to the street on the first floor there are one apartment and two studios.
Each unit has air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, television and mosquito nets. There is also internet.
Apartment (35m2) consists of two spaces, you are entering the bedroom with one double and one single bed, while in the other room you are entering from bedroom. In the other room there is kitchen and one single bed. From this room you are entering the bathroom. Both rooms have exit to the balcony with street view.
The studios (25m2) has one double and two single beds. Both studios has its kitchen and balcony which overlooks the olives and the sea in the distance.
There is also one five-bed apartment (55m2) in another building, right behind the central one. It is located on the upper ground floor and has one double bed in the bedroom, two single beds in the living room and two couches.
Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are organized in five days.
In the yard there is a barbecue.
Parking is in the yard next to the house.
When you come from Limenaria, at the central crossroad in Potos turn left, next to the amusement park, towards Theologos. After 350m from that place you will see the sign Sotiria houses on the road. House is on the right side of the street across the Laskarina Villa.
If you want to be in Potos, not in the crowd, but 3-4 minutes walk from amusement park, promenade, gift shop and you are not too demanding, Sotiria houses can be an excellent choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj odličan cist korektan ima svo posudje, lokacija dobra u mirnom delu bas za odmor a ipak sve blizu,domaćini odlični i odgovorni i uvek spremni za pomoc….. baka Sotirija je super zena veoma prijatna i draga koja je raspolozena za razgovor i koja nas dočekala ljubazno i fino dala nam teglu slatko i činiju suvih maslina za dobrodošlicu.

Boravak 10 noći u avgustu 2023, dvoje odraslih, troje male dece. Smeštaj je odličan, dovoljno prostora, velika terasa koja uvek ima hlada. Kuća se nalazi u dvorištu iza "glavnog" objekta. Dvorište se deli sa još par kuća ali je pozicija terase takva da skoro nemate nikakve dodirne tačke sa komšijama. Kuhinja velika i dovoljno opremljena. Frižider se pokvario prvi dan kad smo dosli, u roku pola sata su kupili i doneli nov frižider. Sto samo govori koliko su vlasnici dobri i ažurni. Nisu nametljivi, tu su ako vam nešto treba, savet itd. Parkinga ima dovoljno u dvorištu. Lokacija je dobra, ali nije idealna za odlazak peške do plaže ako imate malu decu. Razlog za to je nedostatak troatoara. Morate da se mimoilazite putem sa kolima. Mi smo obilazili ostrvo kolima tako da nam ovo nije bio problem, osim uvece kad smo isli da se prosetamo centrom.
