Accommodation description
Grand Villas is a quality accommodation in Limenaria, with a small yard and a pool. It’s pretty isolated and outside the city center, so the location is very peaceful.
The beach is at about 500m, while the nearest grocery store and the center of Limenaria are 300-400m away.
They offer eight quadruple apartments (30-40m2) with double bed in the bedroom, i.e. two single beds in the living room and five double studios (18m2) with one double bed. Each accommodation unit has an equipped kitchen, apartments have a mini-stove with oven. The auxiliary bed can be added in all units.
Accommodation units have A/C, TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, hairdryer, safe box, iron, free WiFi and cable internet.
Some units have bigger balconies than the others.
The cleaning is provided every day, while the bed linen and towels are replaced every 3-4 days.
The yard is not big, with a small pool and barbecue. Next to the pool, there are few sunbeds.
The guests can leave their cars on the street in front of the accommodation, there’s always enough place.
Arriving from Prinos, take a left on the main crossroad and continue ahead for 300m. Take a left after a small bridge, another left after 100m and 100m later you will see this accommodation.
If you’re looking for peaceful surroundings and quality accommodation, Grand Villas is a good choice.

This is an excellent accommodation, located just 500 meters from the beach and the main promenade in Limenarija. The owners speak English and are eager to meet your requests. Bed linens and towels are changed daily, unless you specify otherwise. Overall, a fantastic choice within this price range. I would also commend the people from Nikana for their professionalism and kindness, and I would recommend them for collaboration.

The property is owned by a wonderful and diligent gentleman named Mario, who speaks excellent English. He is exceptionally kind, clear, understanding, and ready to cooperate. He also owns a mini hotel by the shore, which includes a restaurant and a playroom for children. Guests staying at G. Villas are provided with a discount on all restaurant services. Grand Villas apartments are located above the main road, far from noise and traffic. The building is new. It offers a mini pool and barbecue, and most importantly, a huge parking area! Hot water, air conditioning, parking, pool, brick barbecue, and excellent wifi are included in the price. There are no extra charges. All of this is maintained by a lovely elderly lady who does not speak foreign languages, but you will understand each other perfectly. The place is regularly cleaned, linens and towels are changed, and her unobtrusive yet warm presence creates an atmosphere as if you are among family. When you look at the location on the map from Serbia, it may seem too isolated. However, when you stroll along the shore and see the terraces above the promenade, you will feel proud of your choice. An absolute recommendation for experienced tourists. The organization of the property and the character of the owner provide everything you need while on vacation. Our little one managed to break a few installations on the first day, which Mr. Mario immediately repaired and explicitly refused to accept any money as compensation. This speaks volumes about his remarkable composure and genuine hospitality. What is offered on the website looks exactly like it does in reality. P.S. An intelligent solution: the intercom button at the gate actually calls the owner on his mobile phone. He appears within 5 minutes to resolve any misunderstandings or requests, if there are any.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
