Hotel Description

Vintage Place Rooms is located in the center of Limenaria, close to the pedestrial zone with all the shops and taverns. It offers to the guests nicely decorated rooms and studio with sea view. There is enough parking space on the street in front of the villa.

Small city beach is about 150m away, while the pedestrial zone is 100m away from the villa and the big city beach is about 600m away from the villa.

Vintage Place Rooms was built in 1970 and renovated in 2016. There is one apartment on the first floor with three bedrooms (20m2). Each of them has its own bathroom and there is also a large kitchen with a big fridge, stove, toaster and a coffee machine. Two rooms have small balconies with sea view. One of them has a double bed and a fold out sofa for two people while the other one has a double bed and a fold out arm chair. Third room has a street view and a common balcony. It has a double bed an a fold out arm chair. The rooms with the arm chairs also have a fridge. Extra bed can not be added.

From the season 2018 the villa offers one more studio (30m2). It is located on the ground floor and it has a sea view. There are one double bed and a fold out sofa. In the kitchen there are a big fridge and hot plates. In the bathroom there is a showr cabin.

Cleaning is being done at the eond of the stay, while the towels and linen are being changed by the guests of the units. They will get celan sets that they can use.

On the street in front of the villa the guests can find parking space.

Coming from Prinos, continue towards Potos for about 350m more after the main crossroad in Limenaria and turn ringht before the church. Follow the road for 150m more and turn left. Soon you will se the villa from your right side.

Villa is a good shoice for all those who want an accommodation in the center, but still in the quiet area.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
