Studios Plaisir is located exactly at Limenaria’s beach, which will offer you some special moments of relaxation and fun, since you can use sunbeds and umbrellas all day long. There is also a nice garden with bar and bbq.
Accommodation is 1-1,5km from the center of Limenaria. It is located in very quite place and in about ten minutes you can reach the center by walking.
The house was built in 1975 and renovated in 2012. It has a bar where during the day and evening you can enjoy nice music. It’s a business which belongs and managed by a French-Greek family.
There are five studios in offer (three double, one triple and one quadruple). All units are on the upper floor. Double studios have a double bed, triple has one double and one single, while the quadruple has a double bed and two single beds. Only two studios (one double and triple studio) have a sea view. All the balconies are separated.
They are all equipped with A/C, TV, smaller bathroom, kitchen and WiFi internet. One two bed studio is without balcony and it is smaller than the others, while the balcony in the four bed studio is very spacious. Units have around 20m2.
Cleaning is provided every five days, together with changing of the sheets and towels.
In the garden, there is also barbecue which guests can use. There are also tables and chairs so the guests can enjoy their time in the garden.
There is public parking next to villa and the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach you can get just by buying a drink.
If you wish to enjoy next to the sea, close to the beach enough that you can go from your room in the swimming suite, this place can be good choice. This accommodation is not luxury but it has amazing location where you will enjoy great sunsets.

We are very satisfied. Niki, the owner of Plasir Studio, is an exceptionally kind and warm-hearted woman. Everything looks just like the pictures we viewed during the reservation process.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
