A very pleasant accommodation with an excellent price-quality ratio. The owners are extremely courteous.

We are very satisfied. Niki, the owner of Plasir Studio, is an exceptionally kind and warm-hearted woman. Everything looks just like the pictures we viewed during the reservation process.

The location outside the city offers peace and tranquility. On the ground floor and at the beach, there is a bar and sun loungers. The atmosphere is relaxed. The accommodation is good, with the only drawback being the slightly firmer mattresses. There are truly no major complaints. During the seven days, the bedding was changed after three days, and the accommodation was cleaned three times.

Everything is as described, perhaps even better. The perfect place for relaxation, peace, and quiet, without the hustle and bustle, yet you can quickly reach any beach on the island by car. The bar is excellent, serving delicious food. The hosts are friendly, and the apartment is spotless, with no complaints.

The place is beautiful, located close to the beach, just about 30 steps away. The beach is sandy and pebbly with a gradual increase in depth, making it excellent for both children and adults. You enjoy sunshine all day long since the location faces south. Our room was rather small, but the terrace was spacious. The beds are comfortable and roomy. Everything is impeccably clean. Over the course of 12 days, they changed our linens and towels three times and maintained cleanliness regularly. We faced the courtyard and had a side view of the sea. In the restaurant-café, you can relax on sun loungers with a purchase, and you can also grab a snack. It is quite peaceful. You can reach the center of Limenaria in no more than 10 minutes on foot, and a store is just a 5-minute walk up the road. The owners are very kind.

We enjoyed a delightful vacation here, as the bartender truly "brings the place to life." He infuses it with energy. I believe the finest beach in the city lies just in front of the building. The rooms were pleasant, and they feature spacious balconies. However, we encountered one significant issue with this place: it is nearly impossible to sleep at night. Their water system is equipped with a very loud pump, so whenever someone turns on a tap or flushes the toilet, it sounds like a pile driver. As you can imagine, this does not contribute to comfort. Everyone was kind and accommodating, the location is lovely, and the shoreline is stunning, despite everything.

The location is perfect, the room is charming but quite small. The bathroom is so cramped that one cannot turn around or change clothes. My friend and I are not very demanding, so this did not spoil our impression. The owners are kind and pleasant. The beach is beautiful, and sunbeds are available for free with a drink.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The location is excellent, and the accommodation boasts its own beach. It is clean, spacious, and ideal for families. There is parking right in front of the accommodation. We have been returning to the same place for two consecutive years. Highly recommended.

Plaisir studio is excellent. Just as depicted in the pictures. The owner is very pleasant. The space is clean and peaceful. The beach is beautiful, with pebbles and sand, making it perfect for children. Sun loungers are complimentary with drink purchases. A light breakfast or lunch can be ordered. We were absolutely delighted!

The rooms are very clean, tidy, and beautiful. Everything is as described in the accommodation. We were placed in a room with a view of the sea, which was fantastic. There is a large terrace, but the room is small. This did not bother us. The café in front is well-equipped, and the food is good (at least what we tried). Sun loungers are free for accommodation guests.

We spent a wonderful ten days at Plaisir Studios and have very few complaints. On the contrary, the only complaint pertains to the infrequency of changing the clean bed linens. In ten days, the linens were changed only once, which is quite inadequate considering we have two small children. Everything looks just like in the pictures; the sea and the beach are stunning, and I must admit that this might be the best location in all of Limenaria. You are separated from the center and the crowds, yet just a ten-minute walk away. The rating is 4.5, solely due to the price (60 euros in August) and the irregular changing of the linens.

We vacationed in July 2013 in a four-person apartment. The house is located right next to the Stelakis hotel, making it a perfect orientation for first-time visitors, rather than relying on GPS coordinates received via email. Rooms are available on the ground floor and the first floor. We had a four-person studio on the first floor, facing away from the sea, but the spacious terrace offers a view of the sea. We shared our terrace with the adjacent apartment. Air conditioning is included in the price, and the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. Two rooms on the upper floor (I'm not sure of their size) have a direct view of the sea, but they are also on the southern side, which is sunny during the day. The hosts are very kind. They speak limited English, but manage to communicate somehow. They also speak French. The beach is right there, and you can use the umbrellas and sunbeds belonging to the bar within the house. You don't need to order anything, and the standard offerings are available - coffee, juices, beer... The music in the bar is excellent for relaxation (French, Italian, a bit of Greek...) It's not loud, and in fact, very few people come. The beach in front is sandy-gravel, with a rocky entrance to the sea, and to facilitate access to the water, the hosts have placed two rows of bags filled with fine gravel for the first 5-6 meters. Be cautious, there are sea urchins in the next two to three meters, after which it's sandy. There are also showers, changing cabins, and wooden paths on the sand/gravel on the beach. You can park your car around the house (there's space), but it might be best to find a spot along the tree-lined avenue by the beach for some shade. The center of Limenarija is about a kilometer and a half away, and the road is unpaved.

Through the agency Nikana, we went on a vacation to Thassos, in a small village near Limenaria, and settled into the Plesir studio. The journey from Čačak to Thassos is quite long, as it requires driving 800 km, so we arrived in Thassos in the afternoon. Our first impression was disastrous when we finally managed to find our reserved accommodation. The access road was poor, entirely dusty, the surroundings were disorganized and neglected, leading to disappointment first in our child, and then in my wife and me. However, after our initial encounter with the owners of the accommodation and a brief visit to the beach, our impressions began to change gradually. The studio was very clean and tidy, the beach was phenomenal, and the hosts were exceptional, so we ended up becoming great friends. This is a paradise for relaxation; everything is top-notch, if you can overlook the dusty road and surroundings. I would recommend it to everyone, especially those with small children.
