Our description
Villa Elpis is located in the quiet area of Limenaria and is an ideal choice for the families and big companies. The accommodation is nicely decorated and it has a parking and BBQ available for all the guests.
The house is located 500m away from the city beach and the center of Limenaria, while the closest supermarket is just 350m away.
The villa offers one duplex apartment on the first floor and two studios on the ground floor. The apartment is suitable for five adults and one child. It has 71m2. In one bedroom there are two single beds, while in the other there is one double bed. In the living room there are a fold out sofa for two adults and an equipped kitchen with a big fridge, stove and a dishwasher. The apartment has two spacious balconies that overlook the Limenaria.
Red Studio is located on the ground floor, it has 41m2 and it is suitable for four adults. There are one double bed, one single bed with a fold out drawer bed and an extra bed. Kitchen is equipped with a small fridge and hot plates. The sealing is lower. Table and chairs for sitting are in the garden, in front of the studio.
Blue Studio is located on the ground floor, it has 30m2 and it is suitable for a family with two children. It has one double bed and a fold out sofa on which two children can sleep. An extra bed can be put. Kitchen is equipped with a small fridge and hot plates. The sealing is lower. Table and chairs for sitting are in the garden, in front of the studio.
The guests can use free WiFi and a washing machine.
The units are cleaned every day, while the sheets and towels are being changed every two days.
The yard is spacious and paved. It has a play ground and a BBQ.
There are three available parking spaces.
Coming from Prinos turn left into the second street after the main cross road in Limenaria. After tavern Koukoutsi continue driving for 200m more and you will see the villa from your left.

Owner description
Set in Limenaria, Villa Elpis offers accommodation with free WiFi and flat-screen TV, as well as barbecue facilities and a terrace.
The apartment has a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, and a fridge.
Studios have a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and a fridge.
Villa Elpis also offers a children's playground.
We have extensively rebuilt and renovated the entire house (originally stone house from 1967) including the yard and adapted it for needs of modern travelers. The whole villa can accommodate up to 15 persons.
On the ground floor, there are two studios. They are equipped with double beds, sofa beds, kitchenettes with basic utensils and newly built bathrooms. Both studios have a terrace with outdoor furniture in front of the room.
Large yard in front of the house offers free private parking for up to four cars, BBQ area with outdoor seating and children's playground.
Our house is about 500m away from Limenaria's promenade with dozens of shops, taverns and cafes. Limenaria beach is on approximately 600m away and on Metalia beach you are in 5 minutes by car.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je manji nego što piše u opisu i ima niske tavanice, tako da sam i ja sa 182 cm morao prolaziti kroz apartman spuštene glave.Internet je bio jako loš. Nedostajalo je puno stvari u kuhinji ali nam je gazadarica to dostavila naknadno. Posteljina i peškiri su se redovno menjali i apartman je bio čist.Sve u svemu nije loše, ali sam mišljenja da je cena za ovakav apartman morala biti niža.

Zainteresovani smo za dva apartmana - studija u periodu od 22.06 u trajanju od 10 dana. U pitanju su dvije porodice sa pet djece uzrasta 12, 11, 9,8, i 3 godine. Interesuje nas da li su slobodni u navedeneom terminu i po kojoj cijeni. Lp

Vila Elpis je odlicna za porodice sa decom. Zatvoreno dvoristw u kome deca mogu da se igraju bez bojazni. Komforna, opremljena svim sto je potrebno na dobroj lokaciji. Higijena na veoma visokom nivou. Vlasnica pravi domacin, veoma ljubazna i predusetljiva. Sve u svemu vraticemo se ☺️
