Hotel Description

Casa Ideale Apartment offers to the guests one spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a large terrace. It is an ideal option for families and couples looking for modern accommodation in the center of town.

Accommodation is located 10m from the nearest supermarket and 350m from the big city beach. The center and the pedestrian zone are located at a distance of 200m.

Villa offers one duplex apartment on the first floor which has an area of 80m2. It is designed for a maximum of six people (4+2). In one bedroom there are two single beds, while in the other there is a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain and a washing machine. The kitchen is spacious and has a large fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher. Within the living room there is a corner sofa bed and from this room there is an exit to a large terrace overlooking the street.

The apartment has one air conditioner, TV, internet and mosquito nets.

Cleaning, as well as change of towels and bed linen are done every three days.

Accommodation does not have private parking but guests can leave their vehicle in the nearby streets.

Coming from Prinos, continue driving straight for another 170m in the direction of Potos, after passing the main crossroads in Limenaria. You will see accommodation on the left side of the road, right after the fish market and the vet.

The apartment is an ideal choice for all those looking for modern and spacious accommodation in the center of a larger town.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
