Our description
Iria Luxury Apartment offers to the guests a spacious two-bedroom apartment in the center of Limenaria. It is the second largest town on Thassos, which provides to the tourists everything they need during their vacation. Nearby there is also a large number of popular sandy beaches.
The apartment is located at a distance of 400m from the big city beach and 100m from the nearest shop and bakery. The town center, pedestrian zone, taverns and souvenir shops are 200m away from the accommodation.
Villa offers one apartment located on the ground floor (a few steps above the level of the street) and it has an area of about 65m2. It is a duplex apartment that has one double bed in both bedrooms, while in the living room there is a sofa bed intended for one adult or two younger children. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large refrigerator, hot plates, kettle and coffee maker. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. The terrace is very small, located at the entrance and it overlooks the street. One air conditioner is located in the bedroom while the other one is in the living room. The owners live on the first floor.
Cleaning is done daily. Towels are being changed every three days, while the bed linen is being changed every four days.
Guests can find a parking space on the street in front of the house or in the public parking nearby.
Coming from Prinos, turn left at the main intersection in Limenaria and you will see your accommodation on the right side of the road, after about 20m.
The apartment is a good choice for all those looking for the accommodation in the center of Limenaria.

Can accommodate up to 6 adults, it is situated on the ground floor and has a street view.
It consists of two bedrooms with double beds while in the living room is a sofa bed for two adults.
The accommodation has a bathroom with a shower cabin and a completely equipped kitchen with a fridge.
Replacing of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
