Hotel Description

Soti’s House is a decent accommodation near the center of the town, with the first shops and souvenir shops within walking distance. The accommodation is located in a peaceful area, on a quiet street.

This property is situated in Limenaria, 550m from the town beach and 500m from the nearest shops and bakery. Soti’s House offers two accommodation units on the high ground floor - a smaller apartment for three people with a separate bedroom (45m2) and a larger apartment for six people, also with a separate bedroom (60m2).

The smaller apartment features a double bed in the bedroom, while a single bed is located in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator and a small oven with one burner. Outside the entrance to the unit, there is a communal area for sitting and socializing.

The larger apartment has a double bed and a single bed in the living room, while the bedroom offers a double bed and a pull-out armchair. The kitchen in this apartment is bigger, with a stove, oven, four burners, large refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Like the smaller apartment, guests of this unit also have access to a shared terrace with a table and chairs, located at the entrance to the apartments.

The units are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, internet access, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a toaster, and a baby cot (please specify before making a reservation).

There is no courtyard as such, but parking is possible on the street near the accommodation.

Cleaning, towel, and linen replacement are done every third day.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
