Owners description
Soti's House is located in Limenaria, 550m away from the beach.
These are two apartments located on the upper ground floor and have a common veranda located in front of the entrance to them.
The smaller apartment, intended for three people, has one bedroom with a double bed, a single bed in the living room, and a small kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, and three hotplates.
The larger apartment is intended for six people. Entering it, in the living room there is one double bed and one single bed, while in the separate bedroom there is one double bed and a folding armchair. In the kitchen there is a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster, four hotplates, and a coffee machine.
The apartments are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, a fan, TV, Wi-Fi and have bathrooms with showers.
Cleaning is done every three days, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, and it is included in the price.
It is possible to provide a baby cot upon prior request.
Parking is located in front of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
