Description
The Maison Centrale Apartments are located on the outskirts of the center of Limenaria. They offer a fully equipped accommodation with all the necessities that may be needed during the guests' stay, as well as a well kept yard for complete relaxation and enjoyment.
The accommodation is situated in Limenaria, near the center. The closest supermarket is 170m away.
The beach is located at a distance of 600m.
There are two apartments, both located on the high-ground floor.
Apartment number 1 (36m2) accommodates five guests. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room/kitchen, there is a sofa for two people and a folding armchair.
Apartment number 2 (46m2) accommodates six guests. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room/kitchen, there are two sofas for two people each.
The apartments are fully equipped. They each have a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the street, a kitchen with two burners, a coffee maker, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a microwave, two televisions, two air conditioning units (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), a hairdryer, an iron for ironing clothes, a safe, mosquito nets, private parking, and a BBQ. The bathrooms are equipped with showers with glass screens. There is also a shared veranda in front of the apartments. Each apartment has its own set of table and chairs.
Cleaning is done daily, while towel and linen change is done every three days.
Guests have access to a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The aforementioned shared veranda overlooks it, allowing parents to watch their children play. The courtyard includes a slide, a swing, a playhouse for children, and a shared barbecue.
The accommodation has private parking, so guests are guaranteed a parking space.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, at the main intersection in Limenaria, turn left and continue driving towards the interior of the village. Then, at the first turn, turn right. The accommodation is located about 85m on the left side.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
