Owner description
D 2 House is located in the village of Limenaria, on the southwest of the island of Thassos, 600m away from the nearest beach and the center of the village.
There are two accommodation units available.
Apartment (No.1) is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
Apartment (No.2) is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to five people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has a sofa for one person.
In these air-conditioned units, which have individual cooling units in the living room and bedrooms, guests have access to a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower tray with a glass enclosure.
On warm summer days, guests can enjoy the view of the street from the veranda or balcony equipped with a seating area.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done every three days, while the replacement of towels and linens is done every four days.
A parking space is provided for guests.
D 2 House is 1.5km away from Metalia Beach, 3.4km from Potos, 63.2km from the nearest airport in Kavala, and 263km from Thessaloniki Airport.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
