The D 2 House is located in the southwest of the island of Thassos, not far from the beach and all the amenities that the place has to offer. It is of recent construction, modern and beautifully decorated, and it also has private parking.

The accommodation is situated in Limenaria, above the main road. The nearest market is about 180m away.

The beach is located at a distance of 400m.

The property consists of a total of two units, which can accommodate from four to five people.

Apartment number one (65m2) is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa for two. This unit has a private seating area in front of the entrance, as well as an additional balcony accessed from the kitchen. It has a total of two A/Cs: one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

Apartment number two (65m2) is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to five people. It consists of two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a living room with a sofa where one person can sleep. This unit also has a private seating area in front of the entrance, as well as a large additional balcony accessed from the kitchen. It has a total of three A/Cs: one in the living room and one in each of the bedrooms.

Each apartment is equipped with WiFi, A/C, TV, a kitchen with two burners, a kettle, a toaster, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a private seating area in front of the unit, an additional balcony overlooking the street accessed from the unit, and a parking space. The bathrooms have a shower with a glass partition.

Cleaning is done every three days, while towels and bed linen are changed every four days.

Guests are guaranteed a parking space, as the accommodation has private parking.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
