Hotel Description
Mellifera Villa is located in the village of Kalivia, approximately 1.5km from Limenaria, on the southwest of the island of Thassos. In the center of the village of Kalivia, there are taverns, a supermarket, a bakery, and a butcher shop, while the nearest beach is the city beach in Limenaria, about 2km away.
The accommodation was opened in August 2024 and features four fully equipped accommodation units.
On the ground floor, there is apartment No.3, which has two bedrooms with double beds. This apartment has three air conditioning units, one in each room. Next to it is the four-bed apartment No.4, which contains one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two sofas. Both rooms are air-conditioned.
On the first floor, there are the triple studio No.1 and the four-bed apartment No.2. The studio has a double bed, a sofa, and a kitchenette in the same room, while apartment no. 2 has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two in the living room.
A baby cot can be added upon request.
Amenities include Wi-Fi internet, TV, a safety deposit box, a kitchenette equipped with a standard refrigerator, kettle, nespresso coffee maker, and two hot plates, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
All accommodation units have a balcony with a table and chairs and a view of the courtyard.
Smoking and frying are prohibited inside the accommodation units due to the installed smoke detector. Also, organizing any kind of celebrations is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are changed, and the accommodation units are cleaned every fourth day.
The yard is fenced and includes private parking under 24-hour video surveillance. Additionally, there is a shared barbecue in the yard with a dining area and a small playground for children.
