Naoum Luxury Rooms is a recently renovated accommodation, located in the heart of Limenaria. The property is beautifully decorated, equipped with modern furniture, and features a terrace with a partial sea view. The first restaurants, souvenir shops, and promenade are within walking distance, which is a special convenience.

This property is situated in the center of Limenaria, approximately 160m away from the small town beach.

It offers two rooms on the second floor - one double room, named Limenaria (23m2) and one triple room, named Kastro (39m2). Naoum Luxury Rooms can accommodate guests over the age of 15.

The double room consists of a queen-size bed. The room includes a mini-fridge, a kettle, and a wardrobe. If guests prefer, the owners can provide two single beds instead of the queen-size, but this needs to be specified before booking. The triple room is similarly decorated to the double room, with one queen-size bed and an additional single bed for a third person. Like the double room, this unit also has a small fridge and a kettle. A wardrobe is also available.

Both accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning and a TV, they include a safe, a hairdryer, a bathroom with a glass partition, and a balcony with a partial sea view. Mosquito nets are installed on the windows.

Parking is available at a public parking lot, where there is always space.

Cleaning is done daily, while towel and linen changes take place every other day.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
