Sea Soul Suite is a renovated accommodation located in the very center, offering its guests a certain level of privacy as it consists of a single apartment. It is equipped in a modern manner and is within walking distance to the first shops, restaurants, or promenades.

This accommodation is situated in Limenaria, 200m away from a small town beach, while another beach is about 800m away.

It offers one apartment (65m2) located on the first floor. It features a separate bedroom equipped with one double bed and one single bed, while the living room also includes a sofa for two people, making this apartment suitable for up to five guests. The living room also contains a small kitchenette, a fridge, and other kitchen appliances such as an electric kettle or a coffee maker. The living room opens up to a balcony overlooking the surrounding houses.

The unit is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, a bathroom, and a hairdryer. Cleaning is done before check-in, and guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene. The owner provides a new set of towels and bed linen every fourth day, which guests can change themselves. Pets are not allowed.

There is no private parking available, however, guests can leave their vehicle at a large and free public parking area.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
