Owner description
Amalia's House is an apartment-type accommodation located in Limenas, the capital of the island of Thassos, 450m from the city beach.
Within this accommodation, there are two apartments designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults. The air-conditioned apartments have free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, a balcony with an awning and table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a stove with four ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, iron with ironing board, bucket, mop, and broom.
For the guests of the accommodation, there is the possibility to add a baby cot and this service is included in the rental price of the accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every four days. An additional set of bed linen and towels is available to guests as part of the price.
Near the accommodation, there is a park, a children's playground, an archaeological museum, an ancient agora and the old port.
Guests are not provided with a parking space, but parking is possible along the street.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Malo nedostaje da smeštaj bude odličan. Lokacija je savršena, na samom početku šetališta a gradska plaža na 3-4min. Međutim nedostajale su nam par stvari u apartmanu, fen za kosu, pegla, tiganj i još po nešto od posudja. I čišćenje bi moglo biti detaljnije. Ovo su sitnice koje nisu poremetile odmor, sjajno smo se proveli. Vlasnici su jako ljubazni. Posteljina i peškiri su promenjeni na sredini boravka.

Molim vas za cenu smestaja u navedenom periodu tj od29 jula do 8 avgusta za 2 odrasle osobe i dete od 8 god? I da li je slobodno? Interesuje me apartman sa odvojenom spavacom sobom! Hvala

Odlican smestaj , cisto i uredno , domacini fenomenalni . Velika spavaca soba , 2 ugradna plakara , kuhinja kompletno opremljena tehnikom , kupatilo takodje veliko i lepo uredjeno. Apsolutno normalan turista nemoze naci manu !!!

Da li postoji mogucnost rezervacije apartmana , za 4 odrasle osobe u periodu od 12.07.- 22.07. ( 10 nocenja)? Da li postoji drugi nacin plaćanja (npr.master kartica ili amex ) . Da li ima parking u blizini? U napred hvala
