Chrisi Studios is an accommodation in Neos Marmaras, located near the city beach. Air-conditioned rooms, studios and apartments with wireless internet, private terraces with awning and a phenomenal sea view from some of them - places this accommodation among the most popular in this dynamic resort.

Chrisi Studios is located next to the city stadium, just 60m from the city beach in Neos Marmaras. The closest taverns and shops are at only 50m, while the center is 500 meters away.

The offer includes double rooms and a double studio (25m²), triple and four-bed studios (35m²), and four-bed apartments (50m²). All accommodation units, except for the apartments and four-bed studios, have a sea view.

Two four-bed studios on the ground floor have spacious private verandas separated by a metal partition and facing the street. These studios each have one double bed, one single bed, and one sofa. The kitchens are equipped with an induction hob, a refrigerator, and necessary cookware.

The triple studio on the first floor is equipped with one double bed and one single bed. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, and cookware.

Double rooms have one double or two single beds and no kitchen. In front of one of the double rooms (no. 8), there is a kitchenette that can be used only by the guests of this unit.

Apartment no. 4 is located on the first floor, it has two bedrooms separated from the kitchen area, and each has one double bed and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has access to the bathroom. Apartment no. 9 is located on the second floor. The kitchen and the bathroom are part of the living room with one double bed, while the separate bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning. Both accommodation units have mosquito nets on the windows, except one window in the kitchen of the apartment no. 4. Both rooms, in both apartments, have access to a private terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-ring hotplates, fridge and dishes. The apartments have no sea view, They’re located on the backside and they overlook the forest and surrounding buildings.

All bathrooms have a shower tray without a curtain and all terraces are covered with an electric awning. Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is performed after five days or at the middle of the stay. More frequent replacement is possible on request.

The accommodation has a very small courtyard with a barbecue. They have no private parking, however, large public parking is around hundred meters away. Parking space is also available for free around the stadium, next to which you will find this accommodation, in the street just above.

Chrisi Studios can be an excellent choice for all guests who want a pleasant vacation close to the sandy beach, in the clean and well-maintained accommodation units.

The accommodation was excellent, exceptionally clean, both the room and the bathroom. It was close to the beach. The hosts were also kind and accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

A very beautiful location, good hygiene, and friendly hosts. The spacious terrace lacks a nice view as it faces the back. Overall impression is solid.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
