A damage deposit of 200€ is required and is payable in cash upon arrival. If there is no damage, the deposit will be returned during check out.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Kefi Luxury Villas is located on an elevation, not far from the main town of Thasos Island - Limenas, in the northern part of the island. This luxurious and modern complex with a private pool offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy comfort. The nearest beach is 1.4 km away, and the same distance to the harbor with a large promenade by the sea and many shops, fast food restaurants, tavernas, and bakeries.
Setting high standards in terms of equipment, functionality, and comfort, this complex of two private villas with pools also offers a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the town of Limenas with magnificent sunsets.
Both villas, Aura and Kassiopeia, are designed for the accommodation of ten people, have the same structure, and consist of a ground-floor apartment and a duplex that occupies the first and second floors. The apartment includes a bedroom with a French bed, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. The duplex consists of a lower level, which is on the first floor, featuring a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, and an upper level, on the second floor, where there are two bedrooms with French beds and a bathroom.
In these air-conditioned villas, which have air conditioning in all living and sleeping areas, guests have access to a smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a kitchen with a stove with a large oven and four ceramic burners, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Guests can enjoy the impressive view of the sea, harbor, and town from the veranda or balcony, both equipped with seating arrangements.
The carefully landscaped garden with grassy areas and palm trees offers a pool with its own sunbeds and umbrellas in the shade. The stay can be further enhanced by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are provided with a private parking space within the yard.
Thasos Island is well connected to all major highways in southern Europe and can be reached by land, sea, or air. Ferries depart daily for Thasos from Keramoti (the ride takes 40 minutes) or Kavala (one hour and 15 minutes). There are two airports serving Thasos – the international airport in Kavala, located 26 km from Kefi Luxury Villas, and the international airport in Thessaloniki, which is over 225 km away. Nearby towns such as Skala Rachoni, Skala Potamia, and Skala Panagia are approximately 13 km from the accommodation.
