Kefi Luxury Villas is a luxurious complex of villas located on a hill not far from the capital of the island of Thassos - Limenas, in the northern part of the Aegean Sea. It is located six nautical miles from the coast of Greece, which is a short ferry ride from Kavala or Keramoti. The nearest beach is 1.4km away and at the same distance there is the port with a promenade by the sea and a large number of shops, fast food restaurants, taverns and bakeries.
Setting high standards in terms of equipment, functionality and comfort, this complex of two private villas with swimming pools also offers panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the town of Limenas with magnificent sunsets.
Both villas, Aura and Kassiopeia, are designed to accommodate six people, have the same structure and consist of a ground floor apartment and a maisonette occupying the first and second floor. The apartment contains a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The maisonette consists of the lower level, which is at the level of the first floor, where there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, and on the upper level, on the second floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.
In these air-conditioned villas, which have an independent cooling unit in all living rooms and bedrooms, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hair dryer, a kitchen with a stove with a large oven and four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Guests can enjoy an impressive view of the sea, the port and the city from the veranda or balcony, which are equipped with seating set.
Guests can spend warm summer days and romantic evenings in the carefully landscaped yard, with grassy areas and palm trees, in the shade of which there is a swimming pool with its own sunbeds and umbrellas. The stay of guests can be improved by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are provided with a private parking space within the yard.
The island of Thassos is well connected to all the main highways of Southern Europe and can be reached by road, sea or air. There are daily ferries to Thassos from Keramoti (journey time is 40 minutes) or Kavala (one hour and 15 minutes). There are two airports that serve Thassos - Kavala International Airport which is 26km from Kefi Luxury Villas, as well as Thessaloniki International Airport which is over 225km away. The accommodation is about 13km from the nearby places of Skala Rachoni, Skala Potamia and Skala Panagia.

Bookings
A damage deposit of 200€ is required and is payable in cash upon arrival. If there is no damage, the deposit will be returned during check out.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
