The apartment (45m2) is situated on the high ground floor and features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. It can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children.

Available amenities include air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, two burners, and a kettle.

Guests also have access to a courtyard with seating sets, ideal for relaxing during the day or evening.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
