Sapfo’s House is the most popular accommodation on Pachis beach. The reasons for that are wonderfully arranged courtyard, ideal for families, beautiful apartments, kind owners and hygiene on high level. Accoommodation is also excellently ranked by the guests.
The house is 250m far from the beautiful beach Pachis. In the vicinity, there’s a variety of villas and hotels, Pachis beach with several restaurants in its background and water sports center. Other tourist facilities can be found either in Skala Rachoni (1-2km in the direction of Skala Prinos) or in Limenas (about 8km away from the accommodation). The closes supermarket is in Skala Rachoni.
In the offer are four connected bungalows with eight apartments and studios and one maisonette.
Four apartments are on the low ground floor (few steps below the ground level), while three apartments and one studio are on the upper floor. Studio and apartments have separate entrances directly from the yard. Ground floor apartments have only one entrance, while those on the first floor have two (from the front and from the back side of bungalow). Each can accommodate one family of four members.
Apartments (35m2) have two rooms, a bedroom with a double bed and the children’s room with two bunk beds. At the entrance, there’s a small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, mini stove with two burners, pot, pan, crockery and cutlery.
Studio (35m2) has one double and two bunk beds, as well as the kitchen and the bathroom. If desired, the fifth person can be accommodated, because there’s also one armchair bed.
Maisonette (80m2) has two bedrooms upstairs, with one double or two single beds. Both bedrooms have their own balcony with sea view. Downstairs are two sofa beds for two children. Upstairs is bathroom and downstairs is toilet. Maisonette is completely equipped, it has electric stove, dish washer, coffee machine etc.
Accommodation units on the first floor have separate and enclosed balconies, while those on the ground floor have a sitting area with a wooden table and a few chairs next to the entrance.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV with local channels and free WiFi internet. For babies, you’ll be provided with a folding bed (baby cot). Small pets are allowed. If necessary, the washing machine can be used with an extra charge.
Towels and linen are replaced every four days, while the cleaning is done after the check-out.
The beautifully arranged, grassy courtyard is full of olive trees, trimmed bushes and flowers, with paved paths, night lights and interesting details. Within the complex, you will find some parking spaces, fenced playground for the children with swings and slides and two built in barbecues on different parts of the yard.
Accommodation is located on the right side of the main road if you’re arriving from Limenas, just across studios Antoniadis, 8km from disembarking from the ferry, 150m after the turn for the hotel Louloudis.

Sapfo’s House has apartments and studios located near one of the most beautiful beaches in Thassos, Pachis beach. Around the apartments and studios there is a large garden with seasonal flowers and many olive and pine trees. In the garden, there is two barbecue areas and eight parking areas inside the plot. For children, there is a playground.
One apartment is located on the first floor and the other one on the ground floor and has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one double bed and one bunk bed. A baby bed is available upon request.
Sapfo’s maisonette is situated in a big olive tree yard by an eight smaller apartment building.
It’s located in Pachis village at about 200m from the beach. The ground floor has two sofa beds for two children, a dining space, a WC and a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. On the upper floor, there’s a bathroom and two bedrooms with one double and two single beds. Each bedroom has access to the balcony, with a wanderfull sea view.
Maisonette can accommodate four adults and two children.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
