Excellent accommodation

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, close to the beach, in the center, yet it remains peaceful. We stayed there at the beginning of July. Our studio overlooked the garden. It is a three-bed studio on the high ground floor. It is well-equipped, featuring a wardrobe, awning, remote-controlled blinds, and air conditioning. We rarely turned it on since it is on the ground floor and always in the shade. The beds are superb, with large, comfortable mattresses. The place is cleaned daily, and garbage is taken out. The bathroom is lovely, new, and clean. The owner is exceptionally kind and speaks English fluently. We were welcomed with stuffed peppers. Highly recommended.

We spent ten days in this accommodation, which is situated in an excellent location, close to everything and just two minutes from the beach. The room is cleaned daily, with great attention to detail, and towels and bed linen are changed every three days. Mr. Ilijas and his mother were exceptionally kind, as was the lady who maintains the accommodation. I highly recommend this place, as well as the island itself, which is beautiful, with stunning beaches.

We spent eight days on Thassos in this accommodation, and I have nothing but praise for both the owners and the apartment. It is located very close to the beach, a market, and a parking lot that costs 2 euros for 24 hours, but at least you feel more secure regarding your car. I wasn't very comfortable leaving my car in the public parking when I saw how people park. When you see that a gyro costs 2.5€, a nes 2.5 - 4€, or a magnet 1€, then paying 2€ for a 24-hour parking spot doesn’t seem too much. As for the villa itself, it has an excellent location; everything is within reach. The owners are very kind, the apartments are regularly cleaned, and towels are changed. The internet works excellently, as does the air conditioning, which cools the apartment very quickly. On top of all this, I must once again express my gratitude to Mr. Kokkinos and his mother (who brightened our day with fresh peaches, and we even received a grill once), who were very kind, and for everything we needed, we could turn to them. On the day we were returning home, the car wouldn’t start because the battery was dead. Mr. Kokkinos immediately left his private work and came to the villa to help; we started the car, and he drove with me for about 20 km around Thassos until we were sure everything was working properly, and for that, I am very grateful. So, you have all my praises and recommendations for this accommodation. I would personally ask you, if possible, to convey my thanks to Mr. Kokkinos once again and to let him know that we arrived without any problems and that the car started without any issues thanks to him :)

I stayed at the "Kokinos" villa in Potos from June 20 to June 29, 2015, in a studio with a double bed on the first floor with my girlfriend. We were extremely pleased with the hospitality of the hosts and, above all, the cleanliness. The hosts are warm, hospitable, and unobtrusive people. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with a welcome lunch of stuffed peppers, which were incredibly delicious, made by Ilijas's mother. The villa is in an excellent location, close to everything in Potos. Potos is a very nice place for both relaxation and evening strolls. Regarding the beaches, we visited several around the island, and we went to the town beach twice, which was okay. We particularly enjoyed Psili Amos and La Scala in the north. The woman responsible for cleaning the studio does so daily and meticulously. The owner, Ilijas, speaks English well and is happy to answer "tourist" questions. They are truly wonderful hosts, very professional and unobtrusive, yet extremely hospitable. This June was exceptionally windy, and the water was very cold; we had rain for the first three days and strong winds for the last few days, with warming expected only from mid-July. The average air temperature was only 22-23°C. Forget about the marble beach and Giola if you don't drive a 4x4 jeep; the road is extremely poor, unpaved, and several kilometers long; people have damaged standard cars with serious breakdowns, and finding a service is very difficult and expensive. A big recommendation for the taverna Lambiris in the village of Teologos (10 km from Potos, the road is very good, just straight :)) and lamb roast, the best on the island. All in all, it's worth visiting Thassos, especially if you're coming by car, as there are many beautiful beaches to explore.

The villa is situated in an excellent location, close to everything in Potos. Potos is a very pleasant place for both relaxation and evening strolls. As for the beaches, we explored various ones on the island, and we only visited the town beach once. We particularly enjoyed Psiliamos. There are truly many beautiful and interesting sights to see on Thassos, which should not be missed. All information is available and valid on this website. The accommodation is excellent, equipped with everything necessary. The beds are wide and comfortable. The hosts are exceptionally hospitable and kind. The woman responsible for cleaning the studio does so daily and meticulously. She changed our linens 3-4 times over the course of 14 days, which is more than we expected and what we have been accustomed to. The owner, Ilijas, speaks English well and is willing to answer "tourist" questions. His mother sent us lunch or pastries on several occasions. When it was his name day, they prepared dinner for all the guests in the villa. They are truly wonderful hosts, very professional and unobtrusive, yet incredibly hospitable!

The accommodation was exceptionally beautiful, clean, and tidy. The hosts were kind and hospitable. The woman responsible for cleaning tidied the studio every day, took out the trash, and changed the bedding, I believe, 3-4 times during those two weeks. This was truly more than we expected and what we were used to until now. Grandma sent lunch or cookies for us several times. Ilijas patiently answered all our "tourist" questions - he speaks English well. When it was Ilijas's name day, the hosts organized a dinner in the courtyard for all the villa's guests. Oh, what wonderful hosts! The villa is close to everything in Potos. We didn't particularly like the beach in Potos, and we wanted to explore this beautiful island, so we only visited it once. There are beautiful beaches in the surroundings, and besides them, we recommend visiting other Tasos attractions. All information about this can be found on this website. Honey, olive oil, food, and the tranquility and relaxation that inevitably envelop you on this wonderful island made this one of our best vacations yet.

I stayed at the "Kokinos" villa in Potos from July 20 to August 3, 2012, in a three-bed studio on the ground floor with two children (12 and 10 years old). We were extremely satisfied with the hospitality of the hosts and, above all, the cleanliness. The hosts are warm, welcoming, and unobtrusive people. We often received a plate of food and sweets.
