Our description
Kokkinos Studios is situated in the heart of Potos, in a narrow street, with not so much traffic, next to the promenade. Very close to the house are shops, bakery, restaurants, all the contents that Potos offers.
It's about 100 meters away from the city beach, in the center.
Kokkinos offers 7 studios in total- studios for two, three or four persons. At the ground floor there are two triple and one quadruple studio. On the first floor there are two double and two triple studios.
There's a double bed in a double studio (25m2), one double and single bed in a triple (35m2), and one double and two single beds in a quadruple (40-45m2) studio.
Studios have, along with bathroom and terrace, a kitchenette with electric kettle, coffee maker and a toaster, dining table with chairs, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets, safe, air conditioner and WiFi internet. The furniture is new and modern.
Cleaning, change of bedding and towels is done on five days.
In the backyard, guests can use the barbecue.
There is no private parking, but public parking is close- about 50 meters.
Upon booking, required deposit is 50% from the total amount.
Arriving from the direction of Limenaria, turn right into the last alley, just before the central crossroad. The accommodation will be on your right, located across the tourist agency Mythos.
Kokkinos Studios is recommended to those who want to be close to all the amenities and a minute away from the beach. Studios are spacious, clean and nicely decorated.

The studios Villa Kokkinos is a fully renovated (2009) holiday unit. You will find us at the south side of the island, in the seaside village of Potos. The unit is located in the centre of the village and 35m. from the sandy beach. We offer modern, comfortable, meeting high standards apartments with direct access to the market of Potos.
The studios Villa Kokkinos has 7 big and comfortable studios of 25m2, 35m2 and 50m2. Our studios are designed to accommodate 2, 3 or 4 persons and are fully equipped with all the modern comforts.
Studio apartment for two: 25m2 studio rooms with private balcony with view. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee-maker, toaster, and electric tea kettle. Private bathroom, air conditioning, play pen available. Flat screen TV with terrestrial and satellite channels, WiFi with strong signal, safe box and security key card.

Summer house: In Kalybia (Potos), within a nice green environment, there is a two-bedroom house with a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning and TV, with 800m2 private area surrounding the house. It is located 420m from Potos Beach, and can accommodate 2 adult couples or a 4-member family.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je na odlicnoj lokaciji, blizu je plaza, u centru je, ali je mirno. Boravili smo pocetkom jula. Nas studio je gledao na bastu. U pitanju je trokrevetni studio u visokom prizemlju. Dobro je opremljen, ima komarnik, tendu, roletne na daljinski, klimu. Retko smo je ukljucivali jer je prizemlje i stalno u hladu. Kreveti su odlicni, duseci veliki, udobni. Svakog dana se cisti i izbacuje djubre. Kupatilo lepo, novo, cisto...Vlasnik preljubazan, odlicno govori engleski. Dobili smo punjene paprike kao dobrodoslicu. Preporuka.
