Hotel Description

Venetia Studios is a newly built villa located in the heart of Potos, right behind the church. It is situated just a minute away from all amenities.

This accommodation is situated in Potos, as mentioned in the introduction, and is 200m away from the town beach. The first shop is located at 130m and the bakery at 240m, so we can say that everything is in close proximity.

This accommodation offers six units - four quadruple rooms (30-35m2) and two triple studios (25m2), spread over two floors.

On the ground floor there is a newly built three-bed studio (No. 7), with one double bed and one single bed. The guests of this studio have a private sitting area in front of their unit.

On the first floor, there are three studios, two quadruple (room #3 and room #1) and one triple (room #2). The quadruple studios are equipped in the same manner, featuring three single beds and one drawer bed, with the only difference being the size, as studio #3 has 30m2 and studio #1 has 35m2. The triple studio is equipped with one double and one single bed.

On the second floor, like the first one (the layout is identical), there are two quadruple studios (room #4 and room #6) and one triple (room #5). Similar to the studios on the first floor, the studios on this floor also have three single beds and a pull-out drawer bed, while the triple studio has a double bed and a single. Studio #4 is larger than studio #6, with 35m2 compared to the second studio which has 30m2.

The units are equipped with air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, kitchenette, wireless internet access, and a terrace.

Cleaning, towel and linen change is done every fifth day.

Venetia Studios has parking for 3-4 cars, a beautifully landscaped yard with a built-in barbecue, a grassy area with toys for the youngest, and a gazebo with seating sets next to the children’s playground.

Villa Venetia is an excellent choice for those who wish to be close to the beach (200m - passage next to the church and around 250m along the main road) and close to all amenities in Potos, in a quality, new, and clean accommodation with spacious studios, in a quiet location.

To reach it, coming from Limenaria, at the central crossroad in Potos, you need to turn left (at the Luna Park) and around 50m after the gas station, turn right and then into the first blind alley on the right, near Villa Joana.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
