Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Accommodation En Ethria is a high quality accommodation, new and with modern furniture. It is located in the south of the island, in a tourist settlement in Limenaria, which is known for the beautiful villas for rent and private houses. The yard is very specious and nicely decorated, apartments are perfectly clean and the owner very polite.
The beach is 400m away and the city center 1km away. The nearest supermarket is 350m away. The city center, the first taverns, restaurants and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk from the villa. Only three minutes by car and you have reached one of the most beautiful beach in the south - Tripiti beach. The beach is 2km long and is sandy on the shore, while there are sand and rocks in the water, depending on the part of the beach where you swim. There are hotels with a nice beach in front and the guests of Villa En Ethria can enjoy there also, with a sun beds and umbrellas that you can get for free if you order something to drink. Of course, you can always use your umbrella and towel on the beach.
The building was built in 2009 but has been renovated several times. There are two buildings in the same yard. Together they have eight accommodation units - three four-bed studios located on the ground floor, two maisonettes with one bedroom and living room (ideal for four adults and one child) and the three largest maisonettes with two bedrooms and a living room with a total of six beds .
Four-bed studio (33m2) on the ground floor are very spacious. It contains one double or two single beds and sofa with a drawer regular bed below it. Studios just like other maisonettes have air-conditioner, TV and WiFi.
Maisonettes with one bedroom (58m2) for four or five people, have double bed (which is located in the bedroom on the floor which has door) and a living room which has unfolding sofa (suitable for two adults or two children) plus drawer bed that folds out, which has standard dimensions. The bathroom is on the floor. In the living room, there`s a large well equipped kitchen.
Maisonette with two bedrooms (72m2) is a duplex apartment which consists of living room that has kitchen with unfolding sofa with a drawer bed of normal dimensions and a bathroom one the ground floor. Two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, they are separated by door and they ave one double and two single beds. Balconies are spacious and they have a sea view. Each of maisonette have two balconies, on the the 1st floor and one on the ground floor.
All accommodation units have beautiful sea view except the ground floor studios with direct access to the yard. Kitchens in all accommodation units are equipped.
Accommodation is very clean and tidy. Replacement of the sheets and towels is done every three days.
The yard of the villa is nicely decorated, with two covered gazebos for dining or enjoying the yard. If you choose to barbecue, a built-in barbecue is also provided.
For all guests parking lot is provided in the yard.
When you are coming from the direction of Prinos, 500m before the central crossroad in Limenaria, on the left side of the main road you will see the sign Limenaria and next to it the EnEthria Studios-Villas sign (there is also a turning for the Discovery Hotel). Here at the sign you will turn left and drive straight for about 200m and after you will turn left again and enter the yard from the upper side of the road.
If you want quality, new and modern accommodation with a beautiful view, peace and comfort, an excellent base for going around the island and to be near to the beautiful beach, En Ethria is a great choice. Within 10km there are a many popular beaches on the island (Psili Amos, Notos, Tripiti, Metalia, San Antonio), and Potos is only 6km away.
