Our description
Esperia Hotel is located in Pefkari, just a few steps away from the beach.
The hotel offers 34 accommodation units, including three four-bedrooms apartments, 15 double and 15 triple rooms.
The apartments (25m2) consist of two rooms. One room has a double bed and access to a terrace located at the back of the hotel, while the other room has a sofa bed for two. One apartment is on the ground floor and has a side sea view. The remaining apartments are spread across the first and second floors, with spacious terraces at the back overlooking the courtyard, while at the front, there is a common terrace with a sea view.
The double rooms (15m2) have a double or two single beds, and triple rooms (15m2) have one double and one single bed. Only two rooms on the floor do not have a private balcony, but share a common one, each with its own seating area.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, renovated, and equipped with modern furniture, satellite TV, wireless internet, and a refrigerator. A central safe is also offered for storing valuables.
The hotel offers bed and breakfast or half-board service. Breakfast is buffet-style and served from 8 to 10 a.m., while lunch is served from 1:30 to 4 p.m.
The beach is right in front of the hotel, with a gravelly and organized area. You can use sun loungers and umbrellas with a paid drink.
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every second day.
The courtyard is shaded by pine trees with a playground for children. There is also a bar and tavern where you can enjoy a drink or a meal while taking in the sea view.
Guests have access to free parking within the courtyard.
The nearest markets are about 30m from the hotel, as well as numerous cafes and taverns.
Arriving from the direction of Limenaria, you will see a right turn towards Pefkari and Esperia Hotel, which is the first on the left side of the street.

We're located right next to the beach in one of Thassos's most beautiful areas, Pefkari beach. Our hotel offers plenty of rooms for family and friends with many offering amazing sea views of the southern Aegean. Why not join us downstairs at our bar where you can have pretty much any drink you desire and listen to great music. If you're hungry, join us next door in our restaurant where we'll serve you a delicious meal. We're sure that your stay with us will be fantastic as we have everything you could want for a perfect holiday.
Our location in Pefkari beach is sure to be a highlight of your stay with us. We're a mere 10 meters away from a beautiful beach where you can find plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for complete relaxation. If you come during the low season, you'll be almost guaranteed to have the entire beach to yourself. Whenever you decide to come, the area of Pefkari will always be amazing. Off the coast, you'll find great places for scuba diving with diving centers to help you get started nearby. If you don't want to go under the water, you also can have the opportunity to fly above it! Pefkari beach offers water sports with activities such as parasailing and various other water activities. Should you want more adventure, the resort town of Potos (1km) and also Limenaria (2km) are nearby where you can find plenty of nightclubs and cafes to party the night away. The choices you'll have if you stay with us are plentiful and you'll have a wonderful time!
Our hotel has 31 rooms and three completely renovated apartment. They offer wireless internet connection (free of charge), Air-conditioning, satellite television, refrigerator, balcony or terrace with a beautiful view, many of them overlooking Pefkari beach. We also have an outside bar and tavern where you can relax and enjoy the sea view, music and beverages, and of course a big variety of tasteful plates and Greek traditional plates. We also provide free safe parking for your cars.
All of our rooms were completely renovated in 2011 & 2012 & 2013 & 2014 and have brand new furniture, floors, bathrooms, etc.
Our rooms and apartments are equipped with a refrigerator, satellite television and air-conditioning. All rooms have a private bathroom, ready hot water and a private balcony or veranda. Many of the balconies face the sea and provide an amazing view of the holy Mount Athos. We also offer a central safe deposit box where we can safely store our guests' valuables.
Our bar is fashioned with wood and stone in warm colors, ready to satisfy your thirst at any time of the day. We serve everything from juices, sodas, milkshakes, cocktails, beers and other liquors. We know you’ll enjoy real moments of amusement!
Had enough of the sun? Then why not enjoy the shade and views from our green garden where you can relax endless hours at comfortable chairs and tables. Order a few drinks from our bar and relax the day away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani,olim Vas za pomoc oko cene nije mi nesto jasno. U periodu 13.7-23.7 usluga polupansion dvoje odraslih sa dvoje dece 3 i 5 godina da li je cena 1500e kao sto sam uneo podatke u pretrazi? Ako je tako to nam odgovara Dosle bi 3 porodice sa po dvoje dece Hvala

Na prvom mestu izvanredna ljubaznost osoblja. Posteljina i peškiri menjani svaki dan. Glavni menadžer hotela (ili je vlasnik), nisam zapamtio, dočekao nas je najljubaznije i rekao da pošto smo došli preko Nikane, možemo da izaberemo i trokrevetnu sobu iako smo uplatili za dvokrevetnu! Mi smo se ipak opredelili za dvokrevetnu. Jedino što nam je smetalo je to što na terasici nije bilo neke nadstrešnice ili tende, tako da bi o tome mogli razmisliti da postave. Ostalo je sve OK.

Upravo smo se vratili iz Grcke iz Hotela Esperia. Grcka predivna kao i uvjek ali hotel totalna katastrofa. Mozda nebi ni imali tako los osjecaj da se rukovodstvo i osoblje bar malo trude. Da krenemo ispocetka. Hotel se nalazi na eksta mjestu uz samu plazu nema svoju plazu ali bez obzira uz konzumaciju pica moze se koristiti plaza drugog hotela. Sobe malene vrlo cesto dosta toga neispravno, nama su r dan popravili klimu, cistoca losa mrava svugdje po sobi, gazda samo sjedi i govori no stres. Hrana je posebna prica : dorucak dvije vrste salame, sir dvije vrste salame, kuvana jaja paradajiz, virsle. Bukvalno to svih 7 dana bez i jedne promjene cista katastrofa. Rucak-vecera je solidnog ukusa ali porcije malene za odraslog muskarca. U potosu u agenciji gdje smo neki izlet dogovarali cim smo rekli gdje smo odsjeli odmah su pitalinjel se bar malo popravila situacija. Hotel puno potencijala al uz ovakvog gazdu i osoblje treba izbjegavati u sirokom luku. Sve najbolje zelim

Postovani. Upravo sam smjesten sa prijateljima u ovom hotelu i nisam mogao docekati da napisem komentar. Da se razumijemo nisam cangrizav i navikao sam na sve i svasta ali ovakva neljubaznost i neprofesionalnost se ne srece jednom u 100 godina. Pocelo je sve sa tim da su nas iz agencije zvali 15 dana pred putovanje da ponovo uplatimo vec uplaceni avans jer kao vlasnik nije digao na vrijeme novac, pa kad sam malo poganjao i istrazi da je podigao onda se izvinjava. Kad smo stigli u hotel gazda ne skida osmjeh sa lica dok nije uzeo ostatak para a kada ih je uzeo bacio kljuceve na sto i niko nas ni isldatio do hotela nije. Sobe malene (kao i u vecini grcke) relativno ciste, klima nije radila 3 dana,dorucak nevjerovatan sa dvije salame i dva sira i kuvanim jajetom 7 dana za redom, rucak ili vecera jako ukusni ali porcije za djecu ili za zensko od 40kg. Od svega najveca averzija je na neljubaznosti gazde i konobara da ce biti dobro ako ne nastane neki ekces ovde. Ljudi donose svoju hranu za dorucak. Bog im je dao sve nalaze se na odlicnoj plazi ali ne zasluzuju da drze ovce a ne hotel. Dobro razmislite mislim da su bolji hoteli i Akti i drugi koji su u neposrednoj blizini
