Our description
Asteria Studios is renovated accommodation in Potos, with very nice decorated garden, swimming pool, good restaurant and modern studios. It is in quiet location where you will for sure enjoy your holiday.
Accommodation is 800 meters from the central crossroads, near the road leading to Teologos. The town beach is located about 900 meters away.
All units were renovated for season 2018.
Asteria offers 10 studios is total - they can be for 2, 3 and 4 persons and they are situated in two buildings. In first building, 4 studios are on the ground floor and 4 are on the first floor. Two more studios are in the other building, next to the pool, on the ground floor.
Studios in the ground floor have one double (smaller than standard) and two single beds. Two studios are on the back side of the house and they have garden access while the frontal studios have street view.
Studios on the upper floor have mountain, sea and street view. Two studios are with double bed (smaller than standard) and two single beds. The other two have the same double bed and one single bed.
All studios have around 25m2. They have a bathroom, kitchen, A/C, TV, mosquito nets and balconies or space for sitting.
Kitchens are fitted correctly. There is a small stove with 2 burners, hood and mid-size fridge with small ice chamber. All the necessary utensils are provided.
WiFi (wireless) internet is available.
Towels and linen are changed every 3 days. Cleaning the studio during the shift is guests’ responsibility (there are accessories in each room), since no cleaning lady is always engaged.
The yard is extremely spacious, very well decorated, with lots of greenery. It is paved, there are tables and benches under the canopy, built barbecue, fountain, slide and swings for children, a shower and toilet. Swimming pool is nice, with sunbeds and umbrellas for the guests.
There is a large parking area in the shade across the house.
When coming from the direction of Limenaria you reach the central junction in Potos, turn left toward Teologos and after 800m of driving you will see villa Asteria on the right side of the street.
Villa Asteria is an excellent choice if you want to be relocated from the city and the biggest crowds, with a very large beautiful yard.

Owner description
Located in a quiet area in Potos, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and the village centre, Asteria Studios offers self-catering rooms set within a garden. It includes an outdoor pool, playground, BBQ facilities and free private parking. The air-conditioned rooms in Asteria Studios are simply furnished and decorated in bright colors. They have a kitchenette and come with a TV and a private bathroom with shower. All rooms also have a balcony. Within a few minutes walk, guests can find cafes, fish taverns and seaside bars. The famous beach of Psili Ammos is 4km away from Asteria. The port of Prinos is a 40-minute drive away.
The Studios are renovated and decorated in bright colors. They are equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV, free WiFi Internet, A/C and a private bathroom with shower. All Studios also have a balcony and are big enough to host a family of four. There are Studios with Mountain View, sea view, some more isolated and rooms that have yard, for the kids to play.
The upgraded profile of our facilities include swimming pool, playground, and a large gazebo which is at your disposal throughout the day for breakfast, coffee and food. The pool, and the generally tasteful picture of our external site, will definitely give rise to your participation in events, such as an evening barbecue or even a water party for our little friends.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Odlican smeštaj, vlasnica divna žena i uvek na raspolaganju. Sve preporuke!

Docekala nas je vlasnica apartmana koja nas je izgrlila i izljubila. Posto smo stigli ranije ujutru dok smo cekali da se studio isprazni i ocisti vlasnica i njena cerka su nam besplatno spremile kafu, a deci posluzile sok. Odmah smo mogli da koristimo bazen, tus, wc u dvoristu i bar kod bazena (ima hrana i pice). Vlasnici jako vode racuna o higijeni bazena, dvorista i celog kompleksa - moze te ih videti kako ciste gotovo ceo dan. Sve je kao sto je i prikazano na fotografijama. Posteljinu su nam menjali na 3 dana, kao i peskire, a tom prilikom ociste i ceo apartman i terasu. Svaki dan prazne smece iz soba i donose wc papir. Internet je odlican (fantastican u odnosu na vecinu) i dostupan kako u smestaju, tako i na bazenu. U baru moze da se doruckuje i vecera, popije pice ili pojede sladoled. Mi smo vise puta jeli sladoled koji je odlicnog ukusa i porcije su velike. Takodje, deca su jela picu koja je bila super. Prostor za decu (ljuljaske, tobogan i trambolina) je lep i jednim delom dana u hladovini, kao i sam bazen sa lezaljkama. Parking se nalazi prekoputa smestaja - ima dovoljno mesta i prirodne hladovine. Posto se smestaj nalazi na putu za Teologos, uvece bude buke ukoliko volite da sedite na terasi ili spavate sa otvorenim prozorima. Vlasnici su uvek u smestaju i bili su nam dostupni za sve informacije i preporuke.
