Malama’s beach house is located in Potos and has a access to the beach that is smaller and less crowded. There is one apartment with two bedrooms and a beautiful view of the sea, as well as one apartment with one bedroom and a partial view of the sea. This accommodation is intended for families with children as well as couples.

The accommodation is on a smaller beach which is partly sandy and partly pebbly, while the city beach is 80m away. The nearest supermarket and bakery are 100m away.

The accommodation is renovated and very nicely decorated. A two-bedroom apartment can accommodate a maximum of four adults and two younger children, while a one-bedroom apartment can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child. The owners have furnished it as if they were going to live there, so it is equipped with everything you need.

It is a duplex apartment (115m2) with two bedrooms and is suitable for up to five people. It is located on the first floor and has a sea view. One bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed, air conditioning and access to a terrace overlooking the sea. The second bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and access to a terrace overlooking the yard. The living room has two sofa beds, a TV and a terrace with direct sea view. There is also a kitchen in the living room, which is equipped with everything you need. It has a large fridge, an oven, a hob with its own special pots and kitchen machines. The bathroom has a washing machine, glass-enclosed shower and hairdryer. The apartment has air conditioning, fan, internet access, baby feeder, baby cot, iron, vacuum cleaner and mosquito nets.

The apartment with one bedroom has an area of 33m2 and is intended for a maximum of three people. It is located on the ground floor and has a partial view of the sea. The bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a sofa, a flat screen TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace with a partial view of the sea. In the living room there is also a kitchen equipped with everything you need. It has a large refrigerator, oven, plate stove and kitchen appliances. The toilet is separate from the bathroom but it is located within the apartment.

The cleaning of the accommodation units is done by the guests, and within the apartment they can find everything they need, as well as cleaning products, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

One parking space is provided in the yard for each apartment.

Coming from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn right into the street that leads sloping towards the sea. After 100m turn to the first street on the right and after about 50m you will see Malama’s house on the left.

If you are looking for accommodation that makes you feel at home, isolated from the noise and one step from the beach, Malama’s house is the right choice.

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
