Accommodation description
Malama’s beach house is located in Potos and has a access to the beach that is smaller and less crowded. There is one apartment with two bedrooms and a beautiful view of the sea, as well as one apartment with one bedroom and a partial view of the sea. This accommodation is intended for families with children as well as couples.
The accommodation is on a smaller beach which is partly sandy and partly pebbly, while the city beach is 80m away. The nearest supermarket and bakery are 100m away.
The accommodation is renovated and very nicely decorated. A two-bedroom apartment can accommodate a maximum of four adults and two younger children, while a one-bedroom apartment can accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child. The owners have furnished it as if they were going to live there, so it is equipped with everything you need.
It is a duplex apartment (115m2) with two bedrooms and is suitable for up to five people. It is located on the first floor and has a sea view. One bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed, air conditioning and access to a terrace overlooking the sea. The second bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and access to a terrace overlooking the yard. The living room has two sofa beds, a TV and a terrace with direct sea view. There is also a kitchen in the living room, which is equipped with everything you need. It has a large fridge, an oven, a hob with its own special pots and kitchen machines. The bathroom has a washing machine, glass-enclosed shower and hairdryer. The apartment has air conditioning, fan, internet access, baby feeder, baby cot, iron, vacuum cleaner and mosquito nets.
The apartment with one bedroom has an area of 33m2 and is intended for a maximum of three people. It is located on the ground floor and has a partial view of the sea. The bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a sofa, a flat screen TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace with a partial view of the sea. In the living room there is also a kitchen equipped with everything you need. It has a large refrigerator, oven, plate stove and kitchen appliances. The toilet is separate from the bathroom but it is located within the apartment.
The cleaning of the accommodation units is done by the guests, and within the apartment they can find everything they need, as well as cleaning products, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
One parking space is provided in the yard for each apartment.
Coming from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn right into the street that leads sloping towards the sea. After 100m turn to the first street on the right and after about 50m you will see Malama’s house on the left.
If you are looking for accommodation that makes you feel at home, isolated from the noise and one step from the beach, Malama’s house is the right choice.

A pleasant stay at Malama's accommodation. This year's discovery is Kekes beach, with rocks for jumping and crystal clear water, as if you were in Istria. There are no crowds, just peace and quiet... Thank you, Nikana.

The accommodation is located on the beach near Villa Papaikonomu, which features a rocky shore with large stones in the water. Just a few minutes' walk away is the city beach, sandy and with exceptionally clear water. The accommodation is spacious, suitable for a family of five, and we were particularly delighted by the musical corner - piano, guitar, percussion instruments... The kitchen is well-equipped, and the refrigerator welcomed us with water, juice, pastries, and snacks. There is private parking next to the house, so you don’t have to worry about your car. Everything is just a few minutes' walk away - stores, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and the beach. The website states that check-in is at 12 PM, and before our trip, we informed the owner that we would be arriving at noon. We arrived in Potos around 9 AM, notified the owner of our arrival, and he told us to come back at 11:30 AM. We arrived at the agreed time, only to find out that we could only park our car at that time, and we could enter the accommodation only at 3 PM. This was not highlighted on the website, and it would be nice if it were corrected so that others would not have to wait for hours like we did. Regarding the change of linens and towels - it states that it is every 3 days, while the owner's description mentions 4 days - we received new towels and linens only after insisting on the 6th day, and we changed them ourselves. We did not receive a second set of towels, but fortunately, the washing machine works, so we washed them ourselves. In the bedrooms, there are air conditioning units. In the open living room with the kitchen, there is a ceiling fan that does not work, making it too hot. The space could not be cooled down, so we were mostly forced to stay in the bedrooms.

- Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
