The hosts are very kind, and the apartment is exceptionally clean and tidy, small yet functional. The parking is not next to the apartment, but it is not far either. The internet was as good as at home for the first seven days, but for the last three days, it was unavailable in our second-floor apartment, while it was perfectly fine on the ground floor, so we had to go downstairs. Overall, I highly recommend it for a family of three or four.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, close to the beach, right next to a market, a bakery, and a shop offering delightful gyros. It has its own parking nearby. The hosts are very friendly, regularly maintain cleanliness, and are always available for any needs. It is well-equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Apartment number 3 is slightly smaller. It faces the street, making it noisier at night. It can be difficult to sleep with the windows open for those who are sensitive to noise. The air conditioning is located above the bed, so if left on overnight (which is necessary due to the heat), it blows directly onto the other bed. Overall, there are more advantages than disadvantages. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Dear Sir/Madam, the Rizos George's Studios where we stayed is decent; it is not suitable for two families, but rather for one larger family, as it accommodates up to seven people. The hosts are elderly individuals and are exceptionally kind; they changed our linens every three days and thoroughly cleaned the apartment, which is a rarity. The kitchen is fully equipped. As for the internet, it was perfect; nowhere else we have vacationed had such good connectivity. The location is good, but at night, it is difficult to sleep due to the cars that continuously pass by in the street.

The bathroom features liquid soap, toilet paper, and a hairdryer. The linens and towels are exceptionally clean. The accommodation is cleaned every three days. The accommodation is a four-bed studio, but realistically it can accommodate a maximum of three due to its size. Additionally, the only place to sit is on the narrow terrace, which can realistically hold three people, but comfortably only two. Everything in the accommodation is new, and the hygiene is truly commendable. The bathroom is minuscule, and the water pressure in the shower is very weak. The location is good; the property is essentially at the beginning of one branch of the promenade, with a large market across the street, as well as a main road, which might be a problem for some due to noise, but it wasn't for us. The beach is nearby, but the beach in Potos is, in my opinion, the worst beach I visited on Thassos, and we have seen at least ten. The hosts are friendly and unobtrusive. Parking is located about 130 meters from the accommodation, and you receive a key for it. They change the bed linens every five days, and you are responsible for that replacement, while towels are changed every three to four days. The accommodation is on the second floor; on the first floor, there are rental units owned by the other brother called Rizos studio, which are better because the owners clean them every other day. Although the courtyard and table are photographed in the offer, they are simply not intended for use, and during our stay, they were folded and pushed against the wall.

The terrace is particularly narrow, featuring the only table where you can eat, which can seat a maximum of three people. The hosts are extremely kind and not intrusive. The bathroom is new, clean, and small, while the water pressure in the shower is exceptionally poor. Towels are changed every three to four days, and bed linens every five, which you change yourself. The listing includes photographs of a table in the courtyard in front of the property, but that is not for you; you only have the accommodation. You receive a key for parking, which is about 130m away from the accommodation. The property is close to the beach, across from a large market, and is essentially located at the beginning of the promenade. It is very close to the main road, so noise may be an issue for some, but it wasn't for us. We visited many beaches on Thassos and I can confidently say that the beach in Potos is among the worst, so there is no need to linger there.

The accommodation is situated on one of the busiest streets, as two houses nearby rent out quad bikes, and everyone passes by the windows coming and going. They have a grill, but do not allow its use. Considering the price, it is very poor.

The bed linens were changed, but the floor was not particularly clean when we arrived. Dust is not vacuumed from under the bed, nor are all surfaces wiped down. The terrace was also left uncleaned. The toilet brush has an unpleasant odor, as it’s unclear when it was last washed. The toilet could also benefit from a more thorough cleaning. A perfect ten for accommodation. Clean apartments, with linen and towel replacement every five days, and the apartment and bathroom are cleaned every three days. The hostess is very kind. The location is excellent, with private parking. We are extremely satisfied.
